  • get linux

  • it woul have benn funy if he got a bsod in the background

  • hes a rip-off of jobs as where windows is a rip-off of mac

  • steve jobs+epicfail*=mac os

    bill gates+god=windows vista

  • @18jcr vista? oh comon you mean 7

  • @18jcr u cant compare Gates and Jobs both of them are Tecno Gods ...

  • Lol. It cuts off so Bill says, "People creating great win." lololololololololololol

  • I upgraded from XP to 7 hehe... :)

  • retard!can't create anything at least close to good!

  • more like windows Shista.

  • thx bill gate your the best pls release windows 8

  • The importance of 32-bit meant that if one just one app crashed it wouldn't affect the the others and cause you to have to restart the machine. A big deal for that time, now though we take 32-bit protected mode for granted. If firefox crashes while I'm typing something in word it will never affect the other apps. Truly amazing if you ask me.

  • thanks for the worse opperating sytem ever made.... i much rather use 98...

  • funny when he said when computers could barley run the GUI and the text . . . he obviously liked that so much he wanted to recreate it with vista rofl.

  • I love when people bag out Vista. Please, you bought the computer, stop fucking complaining.

  • Listen Captin Cunt. I don't own a vista machine and never have. However even If I had, you don't expect to buy something that's a total pile of shit. Especially to one of the most richest companies in the world who is just clearly retarded.

  • It was not shit. It was people with bad hard ware. HURR IVE GOT 512MB OF RAM, VISTA WILL RUN ON THIS FINE.

Why does everyone feel the need to listen to everyone else opinion what half of them couldn't tell the different between a keyboard and a mouse.

  • Are you ill? Mentally? . . . "bad hardware"? Are you fucking insane?. It wasn't just Vistas ability to RAPE system resources that people didn't like. It was a crashing / buggy / should have been named beta / unstable / unusable / insecure and bloated pile of shit.

  • thank you Bill Gates to creat microsoft so we can get more fun with ours computers ^^

  • Like BSOD and funny videos on people that loses it when ther computers don't work!

  • i wuld of got a nice barret 50.calliber sniper rifle and shot that motherfucker right in his old gay face!

  • Sadly, Windows 7 should be a service pack for Vista because all it is, is Vista with bug fixes and optimizations. That's it.

It should DEFINITELY come free to anyone who bought Vista. If not, I am fairly sure that it violates the ruling of the monopoly lawsuit in several ways...

  • Quick answer, don't reliease it in that country and they should be fine, they can stay with their XP and Vista. I'm sure it should be ok, plus it should be a big improvement over Vista, but then is what ever that comes after something usally is, an improvement :).

  • As a Beta Tester and Dev for Windows 7. I say you are completely wrong. :D

  • Well Vista Ultimate x64 (not 6000, talking about a clean 6002) performs better for me than and x86 or x64 build of windows 7.

    the latest 7 I tried was 7264.

But 7000 was always the best and fastest, yes a little unstable but the fastest. 7057 was the first RC and that's where the problems began, plus the stupid screen with the bird and the flower, moon etc, everyone moaned about it, Microsoft claimed they listened, but oh no, they wouldn't change what pretty much EVERYONE wanted!

  • 7 has no ultimate extras and no dreamscene just bitlocker over professional (I think, kindly correct me if I'm wrong) and it's priced a lot more. unless you need the stuff from professional just get home premium. or just stick with Vista, it's fine now :)

  • No, 7100 was the lightest and most stable build.

  • WTF! Everyone I've talked to have said 7100/RC was just terrible and felt soooo heavy, yes it was stable, but it was just slow...

    1 say doesn't beat many! :)

    7100 was just bad.

the RC branch was terrible, the BETA branch was the fastest (though unstable), the RTM branches were fast, but stable, and also the RC removed good stuff, like wallpapers, great screensavers, the only good one now is ribbons.

  • Say that to my sub 15 second boot times.

  • 7100 was bad? Haha oh wow. I was runing that for 6 months, never had a problem.

  • you are so cool...

  • You are so sarcastic.

  • You are so right =D

  • I wasn't saying it to brag. But seriously being a Beta tester gives you leg up on all the info.

  • I know, but you communicated it as braggin the way you did. It's ok though, props for the cool response :)

  • microsoft is too lazy..nothing is complete...not even fsx....that y u need service pack for like er' thing they hav

  • lol no 1 knew that they wasted there times to go there...

  • Wow! Bill Gates makes it sound like as if he invented and introduced GUI to the computer industry. If it wasn't for Steve Jobs and Apple, computers today would be primitive. And for those who said Apple stole from Xerox need get your heads out of your asses and learn the REAL history. I suggest you watch the movie called Pirates of Silicon Valley.

  • well hell they stole from them fair and square

  • They may have stolen it, but don't think for one second, that M$ has been a pioneer in computer innovation for the last three decades.

  • well they didn't realy invent any thing but they stole it and put it in the right place at the right time

  • "and put it in the right place at the right time" at the expense of killing alot of the potential an OS could have become. Unfortunately, Bill Gates makes business deals in the most sneakiest and dastardly ways ever imagined that's why they're successful. Had M$ not played a monopolizing bully role, many people would have had access to more better choice of computers than what has happened before in the past.

  • well think of it like the bell system they were a total monopoly had bad calling rates but were ok, microsoft not a total monopoly but they are big and they sorta do what they sey they get you on the web help with finance filing orgonizing data.ect gaming and thats it now with vista it was braged about way to much but xp is a great OS and soon microsoft will come back but my point is even when teh bell system was gone it sorta stayed the same all it did was let more people in the money thats all

  • The problem with monopolizing an industry is that corporations will tend to abuse their market share grand title and will do whatever they like to. When that happens, you're likely to see products possibly deteriorate worse than what it is already and sooner or later, their flaws might be exposed and cause a big repercussion on the economy. MIcrosoft has in the past been spanked by the U.S. government for their monopolistic abuse.

  • u suck harder. get a mac and notice how it's 1 million times faster and more simpler. let's start w/ no error messages.

  • Or you could quit fighting and use a pile of mud and sticks for your OS... >_>

  • im a programmer...im going to keep my mouth shut before i make your mac fanboy ass look like a fucking fool

  • yeah but the keep you confinded to there hardware its gotten beter but still i like biulding my own machines and untill steve lets mac venture off apple computers i will be a windows or linux user but steve won't because dell will put it on a realy low grade shity computer and it will fuck up just like windows besides apple uses low grade soider on the mother boards

  • Steve Jobs: innovator, Bill Gates: opportunist. I'd rather be respected and known for originality than rich and having forced poor products on hapless consumers. At least old Bill is soon to start giving away his fortune to charities so Windows users will have suffered for a good cause in the longrun.

  • Exactly.

BTW, I thought his name was 'Blow Jobs', not 'Steve Jobs'

  • i never saw thish

Saludos. Doblen

  • Gates is such a liar. Least he forget, Microsoft Word started on the Mac before it even begun on the PC. Gates stole the GUI concept from Apple while PCs back then we're still running DOS. Yes its possible he helped spread the GUI to the masses but he practically stole the concept from APPLE's GUI. But he never recognized the importance of it. It was Steve Jobs that launched it with the LIsa & the Mac. Gates is the worst perveyor of FUD imaginable.

  • Steve Jobs stole the GUI concept from Xerox. Bill Gates then stole the GUI concept from Jobs.

  • well put!

  • Lies. MS Word did not even LOOK like Mac software. And he did not steal the GUI either. That's such a bunch of cheap sh*t. Look it up, try find out the truth before you believe other people's lies.

  • how can 'microsoft word' be stolen by microsoft

  • yea, blue screens are really amazing too.

  • I haven't seen one in over 4 years, so what's your point?

  • hahahahahahaha love it lvoe it
