  • For people interested in seeing what Dan Poole has been doing since this, he's just released a feature film called The Photon Effect. It stars original super-heroes and villains, but he does some crazy stunts in it and it's filled with Spider-Man references :)

  • where did the mysterio shots come from?

  • this looks better than The Amazing Spider-Man(2012)

  • I love this fan film so much, i have the DVD. The Jameson, Mysterio and Bullseye stuff are all from different Spidey fan films by Dan Poole. I just wish he'd have released them too. I'd love to see them a lot.

  • never heard of this before today

    wish i had, now

    this is pretty fucking awesome

    speshully for a fanfilm

  • I uploaded part one of this vid bad quality but check it out

  • Man, I wish Dan Poole would release the other Spidey fan films he did before this one. The ones with Jameson, Mysterio and Bullseye. I would really like to see them.

  • This is much better than what the old short-lived 1970s Spiderman television series offered. You folks proved despite a very low budget, you can give the world of comic book fans something exciting to watch. These should have been the characters in Peter Parker's/Spiderman's life during his limited stay on tv. Friends and foes.

  • The Quality is low but THE ACTION IS AWESOME!

  • Wow. I dig the acrobatics. The guy did some really good Spidey poses , dropping from the ceiling , jumping on rooftops....very entertaining. Loved Mysterio! With a bigger budget I'd love to see what this person could do!

  • This is the best Spiderman movie, but I don't remember Mysterio, Bullseye or Jameson

  • 2:31 is absolutely crazy. I wish the Sony Movie version of web swinging looked that real.

  • why wasn't this redmadE?!?!?

  • Can anyone tell me where to see this for frre? I know, its a lot to ask

  • @sp1derfan90

    Google is your friend.

  • absoloutly fantastic

  • This is so good for a fan movie it isn't even fair

  • Why couldn't they do this in the 70's series?

  • @vasglorious I know! If this guy could with NO budget, why couldnt they?

  • does anyone know what the song at the end credits of the movie is?

  • @spider394 yeah, it's "Equality" by Howard Jones. it's off his first album, "Human's Lib". it's my favorite song by him, so I was glad Dan Poole put it in the opening and ending of the movie. do you know what the song is that's playing in this trailer? it's pretty cool

  • @Seinfeld182 Its called Hawaiian Chance by yello,

  • @spider394 oh okay, thanks

  • this is definetely worth watching. the full film is just fantastic. almost as good as the actual big-budget movies

  • this is a funny video with bullsi in it verry cool and the green goblin

  • dan pool made this fan film search it up he also did a wolvie flick. great guy, you can buy it on dvd on his main website

  • I just watched its complicated ant its amazing

  • Really looks good,

Do you all have this out on on DVD at any of the major comic conventions?

  • looked awesome!

  • Thats cool

  • I love this movie! And it was not "batman fanfilms that did it!

  • they shouldve made a tv series with dan poole as spiderman and director

  • where do i find this tell me please

  • Excellent effort for a fanbased movie...huge props!

  • Very Good!!

  • HI-FI

  • And the old tv series couldn't do this why?

  • this is familiar

  • Awesome!!! Are you actually making a film like this? This is cool. Whan will it be done?

  • Would you believe this was made almost 20 years ago?

  • holy crap!!! well done! spiderman looks awesome!!! Are you actually making a movie like this? please do!

  • Amazing work! Blew me away dude, especially the choreography

  • does anybody know how many actual fight scenes are in this movie since the first half of the video are not even in the movie? I

  • oh ok I ordered it. This looks awesome...plus, it's got that 90's nostalgia!

  • how do you order these?

  • Comment removed

  • i actually prefer this over the first spider-man movie. it's more true to the comics. the making of documentary on the dvd is really interesting.

  • I just saw this movie and it was pretty damn good, and I mean every word of that.

  • Comment removed

  • i saw this movie and the first two villans was not in side

  • that's because it was two other films by the same guy. wish we could see those ones.

  • I'm Batman.

  • This was made with a low-budget, but it owns raimi's fucking stupid spidey movies where he fucking makes EVERYTHING look so futuristic, that they're more like watching a film loosely based on Spiderman 2099. He fucked up the whole adaption, from organic webshooters to a power ranger Green Goblin, and a fucking stupid doc ock who shoots lasers out of his arms! Fuck you sam raimi, you disgraceful fucking piece of shit!

  • He never shot lasers.

  • Dig those crazy Video Toaster FX!

  • THIS GUY SHOULD HAVE HIS OWN SPIDER-MAN SHOW!

Look! A Green Goblin that DOESN'T Look like an evil Power Ranger!

  • this movie is the BOMB!!!

  • how do you see this movie?please answer!

  • i saw the whole thing a couple months back.

    it's really good

  • I'm not sure where the footage of jameson, mysterio and bullseye came from, but i own a copy of the green goblins last stand. all i have to say is: WHY HASN'T ANYBODY GIVEN THIS MAN THE MONEY TO DO HIS OWN SPIDER-MAN SERIES!?! yes the costumes look cheap an cheesy as fuck and the video/audio quality is poor, but you gotta understand that Dan Poole made this movie for only $500 and it's the best comic book fan film i've seen since Batman Dead End. This beats the hell outta the old 70's tv series!

  • Actually wasn't it $400?

  • @TallNegro mysterio and bullseye come from another extremely rare film dan poole made. you can purchase this on ioffer!

  • ...And if you say this film sucks by watching the trailer only, you have no class (yeah...I'm looking at you lolbsb). It's a fanboy's dream come true: an accurate comic to film transition. And it rocks.

  • Seriously dudes, if you haven't seen this movie watch it now. Type in The Green Goblin's Last Stand on Google and you should find it. The first time I watched this was in 2002 and I still love it. It's amazing how close it stays to the source material and what's more amazing is Dan Poole's determination (If you've seen the documentary you'll know what I mean.).

  • Where can you find the documentary?

  • Sadly, you gotta buy the DVD off of Dan Poole's website. It's not online anywhere that I know of.

  • @NDoubleDC

Well that sucks because i live in Europe so i'll probably never get to see the documentary. Please somebody on the internets upload the documentary NOW!

  • @marvelfannumber1 please man u gotta let me know if u find it nd vice versa

  • I completely agree with you. I hate how independent filmmakers never get any attention for their work beyond local film festivals and youtube. He's certainly more deserving than Sam Raimi after Spiderman 3. I'm still trying to shake that off.

  • I watched the 2 parts of the film on Google Video & really like it. Poole has the right idea & we all know with a bigger budget he could make a masterpiece (just like Aaron Schoenke with his Batman films).

My only question is where in the film did the fight with Bullseye take place?

I've always wanted a live action Spider-Man show to come out that would chronicle the events from Green Goblin I's era through the Hobgoblin (my favorite villian) era, the black suit/symbiote era up to Venom.

  • It is from another Spider-Man movie by Dan. An earlier one. It included Bullseye and Kingpin and was the same length as this movie. Dan made a couple of other earlier Spidey films too.

  • Thanks for telling me where to find it

  • DUDE 5 STARS

  • Wow how did you do those webs? 4 stars!

  • this is good.. made on a low budget. excellent job

  • where can I but this

  • i'm 9 year's,and i'm asking if you made the costume or bought it.tell me where you got the costume,or how you made the costume.just tell me how you did it please because i need to know,oh and if you need web shooter's i know how to make it so if you need them just chat....................

  • was you clibming a window or something on the wall's. YES or NO

  • that was amazing,and even i,know the web shooter's was a toy,and it looked realistick that's why.even and i liked the costume.

  • i saw this film a couple months ago, it was great!

  • The Spider-Man costume looked great it actually looked belieavble as something a lower-middle class teenage boy could afford as opposed to the Raimi only in Hollywood costume. The Green Goblin looks very 80's. He wouldn't look out of place in a Jim Henson movie I'm sure if the filmmakers had a better budget they could make a faithful adaption of the GG costume. Wondering why Bullseye is here he's a DareDevil villian right?

  • wow - that crazy bastard actually swang out from the building

  • Here is movie:

    ifilm*com/video/2403520

It's very interesting production. This fan movie is at 92!!!

  • Green Goblin's looks better

  • Do you have the movie itself?

  • That was really, really good. The video quality was awful though, can you upload a cleaner version?

  • I believe the best part was seeing the actor actually swinging in the two brief web-swinging scenes. That must have been interesting to shoot.

The wall crawling looked pretty good, too.

  • when they showed jjjameson and bullseye in the trailer well in the film they werent even in it

jj was mentioned but bullseye wasnt mentiond and he didnt appear either

  • Actually, it's from the early 90's. I read about it in Andy Mangels Hollywood Heroes column in the old Hero Illustrated magazine. The director is a fellow Baltimore native.

  • it looks so fake!

  • well duh a guy made this and actually got some good actors for only$500

  • this was actually made in 1992!!!

  • If you go on ifilm the movies there

  • Looks like a ninja movie to me.

  • best fan made thing ive ever seen! good work!

  • were can you watch this fan movie in full

  • google videos

  • awesome!

  • the music is ownage

  • i would rather watch this than the shit being made today. props on the mysterio costume by the way wonderful job!

  • It looks so 80's! I love it! :>

  • id luv to swing in the street like that

  • max is a noob

  • nooob youreself emo

  • will u plz upload the whole thing

ive tried 4 3 days to find the film but it wont work

  • Very good. Nicely done. Like that fan batman movie, the costumes and general vibe are just more comic accurate than the big budget versions. I mean yeah, the studios version are "better" and you get all the effects and pristine quality, but a fan movie like this is a different kind of enjoyment for a true fan. Not to mention the work, guts and personal money put into this. The studios have ZERO risk when they do their versions-and its only for profit. Flicks like this are just the opposite.

  • how did u do the web shooting wut kind of web blasters u have? could u tell me where to buy them? plz

  • You people are retards if you think a fan-film is better than the two amazing feature films that Raimi and his team made! I mean, sure it's good for a fan film, but there's no comparison to the real deal. Can't wait for Spidey 3!!!

  • Anyone who can pull this off for a no/low budget fan film deserves respect. And those who give the maker well deserved credit for that, sure are no retards.

The easiest thing to do is to make a big budget movie when studios offer you a sh*tload of money. But it is d*mn hard to do it without any of that, just with your own hard work and devotion. So this one deserves a big thumbs up!

  • Way better than the Sam Raimi "interpretation".

Only gripe is the lighting stunk really bad in a bunch of shots (though I realize real-deal Hollywood lighting cost a bundle).

  • wow kool im making a spiderman fanfilm wityh my friend

  • looks rad!

  • google

  • where can i find the film?

  • dude it is better than those 2 movies, this video is more relevant to peter parker, green goblin, gwen stacy even the bridge.. it's just so cool..if those guys have opportuntiny to remake with cgi..it'll be the greatest adaptation ever..

  • Good, not too bad, but didn't Gwen die on a bridge, not a building?

  • yup she died on the bridge

  • yes yes

  • LOOKS FLIPPIN SWEEt

  • I just googled the "The Green Goblin's Last Stand" and found the entire movie on iFilm. Bullseye and Mysterio are not in it but it Not bad for Fan Made. The guy who plays GG dose a really good job and the costumes are Not half bad. But any way google it and you will most likely find it.

  • Ah, ok. Are his other films available anywhere? Are they as good as GGLS?

  • Well I have looked for them but found nothing.

  • were can i wactch the movie in full

  • I've seen this whole movie, but I don't remember anything about Mysterio or Bullseye, what is that from? Great video, I love the actual movie. It's amazing for 1990's.

  • Well Dan Poole made spidy films before this and added them in the trailer. I think it sucks that they are'nt in the film tho.

  • Like whoa. That was really cool for a fan-made amateur film.

  • That was great. That's the story that needs to be told on film. I'd love to see the whole movie.

  • i rember seeing this movie along time ago

  • I whish someone would put the entire film on here!!!

oh..yeah...and Konamikam12, I was wondering how on earth you think that this wonderful trailer for a wonderful film can suck.

  • Wonderful? I'd hardly call it wonderful. I mean, where's the wonder? What's to wonder at? It's painfully obvious how all the stunts and effects were done. Not bad for a home effort, but being an avid kung fu film fan I was put off by the horrible choreography.

  • this is so awesome.

  • it all sucked.

  • For something like this, I believe you'd only really be entitled to say that if you can produce something better. Personally, I think it's pretty good for something fan-made.

  • Not bad for a home film. But the music is simply horrible!

And Bullseye´s even better than Colin Farrell !(Just Kiddin´)

No está mal para ser una pelicula casera, pero la música es simplemente horrible. Y Bullseye es mejor que el de Colin Farrell (Estoy de coña...)

  • Unbelievable cinematography, stunts non digital effects! You guys have your lives straightend toward success!

  • Undeniably impressive. Good stunts, pyrotechnics, music. It all works to great effect. I'd love to see the entire film, if ever there was one.

Oh, yes, and CGI's awful, keep up the good work.

  • Man that was so baddass. Good work!!!

  • that was awesome! Great stunts and home-made SFX. No CGI at all. I like it. The death of Gwen Stacy was good too.

  • Pretty cool

  • could be seen as a T.V. show NO DOUBT

  • wow, pretty good for fan-made
