not sure about adding two hadoukens in between the Palm & Ultra, it might make it negligibly better.

Sadly that combo only works on Seth & Sagat, & i really doubt you can do three EX Fireballs on sagat in a row.

The first, lvl 2 HAdouken does 240 damage (255 with counterhit)
