The reason I suggest it's pumpkinhead is that the Xenomorphs(Aliens) have no eyes and a smooth skull. However Pumpkinhead doesn't have the secondary mouth either so it is just a bastardization of both creatures. The "face" of the creature is very closer to that of Pumpkinhead along with the shoulders and ribcage.
