Yeah that is possible it is not the people using it, the problem lies with the people running it and how they operate the site. eBay staff have no clue what the hell is going on and have piss poor customer service, infact it does not exist try contacting them when you got an issue, you won't have any luck or figure out how to do it. Valid point, it is against their policy to sell such items on the US site but alot of the sellers are in Hong Kong, and if you are retarded enough to order this from outside the country you face breaking Federal Restrictions on Imports and the Switchblade Act and face huge fines and imprisonment. Should ebay regulate people's stupidity, no not really. But in the countries the sellers are located nothing is illegal about it.

Then if the seller happens to have items inside sales inside the same state is regulated by the state but sales across state lines are restricted to the qualified individuals stated in the Federal Act. The fact they are sold is not the issue, the fact they are breach the policy of eBay and they allow them to be sold while they remove items that have no restrictions at all is the problem. They are simply a big corporation who can do as they wish and only a class action can correct it.
