Meryl Streep wins SAG award for BEST ACTRESS

I may be a little biased here because she is after all the best actress EVER...however, she should definitely have won an armful of awards for 'Doubt'- she was SUPERB. Possibly my favourite performance of hers actually- yes, there is such a thing as the 'best actress' Meryl dear, and you are she- no arguments!

I think it's interesting how Kate Winslet was nominated for Revolutionary Road and not for The Reader. But for the Oscars she was nominated for The Reader instead and won the award, which was very well deserved. So I think the choice was great because Meryl deserved the award too but she wasnt going to win against Winslet amazing performance in The Reader, so in the end everyone is happy. And Angelina did not deserve to win this time!

I absolutely agree. Streep definitely performed well, but it seems like the awards shows are punishing her for her enormous celebrity. When the Academy overlooked her revelatory performance in A Might Heart, I was shock.
