  • says it all........

  • She looks beautiful here. Love the hair and make up.

  • fantastic

  • That was so beautiful, thanks for the clip. It's odd, it reminds me of my first love, we broke up just as this had been released, Oh wow, I wish it were 1968 again!.. luv you Dusty xx

  • ... but she doesn't just 'mime' the song, she sings live! And the elaborate hair-do, must be a wig!? ;))

  • I can't find the piano for this anywhere

  • last minute of this song breaks me to tears

  • loooooooove ya Dusty forevaaaaaaa

  • Man, what a voice! She can still bring tears to my eyes with so much soul

  • Dusty's an amazing performer!

  • Has there ever been a more beautiful female voice in popular music?

  • Brilliant

  • Thanks so much for posting this! I've never heard a live version of this song.

  • superb

  • One of my favourite songs and singer.

  • My favorite song from Dusty. Here in Germany a great Hit in the sixties.

  • THAT'S how a "popular music" song should be performed. No flashy pyrotechnics or dancing, no shots of the audience or anything to distract the viewer from the performer's art- no miming, just one performer the absolute centre of attention performing her art live.

  • @F0rtn0x. X factor contestants note. This is how singing should be. No gimmicks just the performer. Difficult for todays youngsters who are bought up with all kinds of aids to help them.

  • Dusty truly in her prime. For me, her greatest record so great to see this live performance. The hairdo has to be her most elaborate... I suspect it's a wig!

  • 1968. The Queen of White Soul successfully avoided flower-power. 500 man-hours went into that hair-do, amazing! You got to love her and her great talent, RIP.

  • I LOVE THIS ONE TOO LIKE ALL THE REST

  • She was such a fabulous performer. She oozes charisma!

  • she is a master performer like the promiscous little look down when she sings 'it isn't the things that you say or do makes me want you so' at 0:34. Small details make all the difference

  • I just love her so much, impossible not to.

  • sigh....isn't she great? Such feeling that she puts into all songs she sings......I close my eyes and KNOW in two notes that's its Dusty. Miss ya lots RIP dear dusty

  • A local radio station plays this song every day and I just had to see how it was performed by Dusty. Her emotion and distinctive voice blew my mind. What a wonderful singer she was. Great to be able to see this old and beautiful recording and hope it stays forever on sites like this.

  • brilliant song and singer.

  • This live performance is just awesome, better than another version where it might have been a lip-synched studio rendition. Dusty's talent blows me away. Listen to other artists singing a Dusty song, then listen to her and compare. No comparison!

  • Thank you for posting this video. I love Dusty. A great singer.

  • 1968 - I've met her in Paris - THE Dusty Springfield and with the love (NOT Dusty) in my arms I closed my eyes...

Listiening to this music the moment comes back immediately

  • this brought chills over me, omg just amazing

  • Can 1968 really be 41 years ago. Memories still fresh and poignant of a special summer, Dusty's song sums it all up. Thanks for posting.

  • An extremely elegant lady plus being an angel.

  • Thank you for posting this video live at that , Can't wait to get her new DVD. I remember having that same hair-do

at that time.Big fan .RIP Dusty

  • How i adore Dusty's live perfs thank u thank u thank u :0)

  • Thanks so much for posting this video big fan

  • excellent, thanks!

  • Love the raw live performances from Dusty vs. the mimed. Waited a LONG time to come across this one!

  • So did I! The clip is featured on the recently released dvd Just Dusty.

  • @Plutootjes Errr...that's the 7inch Single Version for deffo (I've got it)...lip synching was pretty standard back in the 60's. Any sign of movement (or lack of) from the juglular (on either side) is a sure sign.

  • @MrSeyerus defo live!
