she actually has 99 agi, 99 dex - that's it. Which means she would have had to do a full stat reset. The last time full stat resets were offered on all servers was post-comodo due to the large change in game mechanics. This means that the priest had to have been made pre-comodo. I doubt it took that long for her to 99. Especially post-trans.
