@dquin12 seaon w/ salt is wt I heard most in this video. You could reduce the amount of salt by steaming or stir-frying the veggies together, there is no need for cooking them separately, those veggies will still taste good btw.

Nicko you should do a chicken and stilton, wrap the chicken in the bacon and put stilton on the top, it's soooooo nice take my work for it if you haven't tryed it yet, so rich in flavour :)

can you do something on flavoured olive oils ?
i went to huntervalley and got a bottle of lime/pepper and galic/herb .
cant go to huntervalley all the time and so hard to find at coles/woolies etc
so would lyk to know an alternative way to make it before my next trip dwn there :)
