  • I've always loved feta stuffed chicken breast :) Wrapped in parma ham :)

  • @robjnixon I cooked this last night, it's a nice dish. The only thing I would say is that the broc paste really needs some heavy seasoning, especially pepper for it to taste of anything.

    cant go to huntervalley all the time and so hard to find at coles/woolies etc

  • @dquin12 seaon w/ salt is wt I heard most in this video. You could reduce the amount of salt by steaming or stir-frying the veggies together, there is no need for cooking them separately, those veggies will still taste good btw.

  • Nicko you should do a chicken and stilton, wrap the chicken in the bacon and put stilton on the top, it's soooooo nice take my work for it if you haven't tryed it yet, so rich in flavour :)

  • mt60 is the best way I know of to stuff a chicken. For those who dont know who mt60 is, its a mac truck at 60 miles an hour, pretty much stuffs anything it hits.

  • Yummy!! =) this looks good. I just wish i didn't have to use 1 pan, 2 pots, and an oven safe dish. I hate cleanup after dinner. Especially with two little ones. So messy! lol How about a one pan recipe. But a tasty one =) Or maybe more soups. So much easier to clean up!
