I was just watching some videos of CopWatchers and the police took their camera away and detained them with hand cuffs on. Then they gave them loitering tickets and their cameras back. Its not really chopped up. If you notice, the Congressman takes the boys camera at the beginning of the video (when the camera shakes violently). Then the action is cut to the other boys camera, at the exact moment where the Congressman steals the boys phone. It is at this moment that the Congressman grabs the boys arm. Later he goes as far as grabbing the boys neck and pulling him in to his side. Its "chopped up" because the original camera was taken during the assault.

It's a trap question, as there is no right answer. If you say 'yes', they automatically label you as a bad guy and add you to their badmouthing list. If you say 'no', they assume you're lying and secertly in league. If you say 'no comment', they think you're hiding something. And 'The Obama Agenda' is a conservitive invention, using THEIR definitions. Chances are the person asked doesn't share those definitions, even if they make them clear, (which they usually don't). Its not really chopped up. If you notice, the Congressman takes the boys camera at the beginning of the video (when the camera shakes violently). Then the action is cut to the other boys camera, at the exact moment where the Congressman steals the boys phone. It is at this moment that the Congressman grabs the boys arm. Later he goes as far as grabbing the boys neck and pulling him in to his side. Its "chopped up" because the original camera was taken during the assault.
