1-the immaculate reception bc its so hollywood

2-the helmet catch, bc it broke history and created one of its own

3-tippy toe, bc the reciever had the frame of mind and sense of position, which is what makes an athlete above physical ability alone

4 the one handed flipper bc its cool and 5 it wasnt really that great bc it was luck

Great Plays! But if the lucky ones counts, then the Flea Kicker (from 1997 Nebraska-Missouri game) should definitely be included. It was not only an unbelievable catch but it kept Nebraska undefeated that year to share the national title with Michigan. I mean... how many of the above five has a wiki article for itself? For me catches like number 3 dont really deserve a high rating like this.

Sure the catch was spectacular and important but to be honest: he could have made the catch without his helmet and better hands/adjustments to the ball.

It's the same phenomenon when you catch a ball in practice just like that and nobody gives a shit, but when you let it bumb off your hands and then catch it like a hot potatoo: you will get way more credit even if it would have been better to catch it on the first try.
