I made this today. First off, there are two versions to this recipe. If you go on nigella.com, a different recipe is given from this video. I made it using this video. The other recipe uses double cream and golden syrup so I'm guessing it's going to be even richer that this one. I personally felt that this sundae sauce is too sweet.
