  • @Defacto87 Thank you. I will keep bulking until mid-March and then start cutting. I hope to add 10 more pounds. 

  • wow dude... im 270 at the mo i want to be 220 lean machine.. what is your eating like? training like?

  • @herbiesherman this requires a long answer but I will try to condense all in a short one. I eat 8 times a day, every 3 hours more or less. I try to eat 50 grams of proteins per meal. I do eat carbs of course but only good ones like whole wheat toast and brown rice. 3 of the 8 meals are protein shakes. I train 5 days a week. One muscle group at the time. Now that I am in bulking phase, I try to go heavy and keep the reps low. The most important aspect is squeezing whatever muscle you are using.

  • @herbiesherman Hey man. I am aiming for 260 by mid March. My competition is at the beginning of June and I want to compete in the heavy weight class (198 to 225).
