@herbiesherman this requires a long answer but I will try to condense all in a short one. I eat 8 times a day, every 3 hours more or less. I try to eat 50 grams of proteins per meal. I do eat carbs of course but only good ones like whole wheat toast and brown rice. 3 of the 8 meals are protein shakes. I train 5 days a week. One muscle group at the time. Now that I am in bulking phase, I try to go heavy and keep the reps low. The most important aspect is squeezing whatever muscle you are using.
