I like your product and your presentation. Very professional. Smart kid. The only flamer thrower element missing here is a thrower element. You need pressurization boost. The fuel needs to be propelled with more force in order for it to act as a real flame thrower. That's a tough one, however. One way is to include a tank of very high pressure nitrogen at 2000 lb/sq. inch. Note: Military flame throwers don't project flame, they project a burning liquid so the liquid sticks to the target.

they project a mixture which contains a pyroscopic aluminium compound which ignites on contact with air and this ignites the mixture
