SMs can be killed easily. They are difficult only due to fears and dot locks, but that makes up for the fact that they are squishy as hell. A 41 SM in full PvP gear can take on a Lv50-Lv53. I have seen it happen. My SM fights reds and purples. At this time it was kinda difficult to distinguish levels, however instances you could tell it was a low level, but I guarantee you that there were higher ups attacking him in the vids. PvPvE game. You're gonna die at some point! QQ moar pl0x!

I still dont understand why people go around crying about this vid, look at the mob levels, there's not gonna be low level ppl skipping through the snow around there, look at the DP he gains for kills, look at the HP some of them have, Im not saying he's fighting ppl 45+ but surely 37+ people, who can easely kill him

SM might be easy win in 1on1.. mostly caus of the fear and kiting.. I wouldnt mind them nerfing it a bit, maybe putting a dmg limit on the fear..

that a side.. damn it looks fun to pvp as a sm, thats why I problably will roll a SM now.. but like I said.. they could nerf fear a bit for all I care.

I play a Templar and i can't kill casters most of the time solo but this game is truly like most MMO meant to be played as group pvp which i can destroy in because of the heals and so forth, get a line of templar in front of the squishies and you got a fortress.... unless they fly over you :) lol

The melee class in this game doesn't have "charge" type of power to get close or the melee didn't pick that skill or whatever? That melee couldn't even get close...

yeah rogues and gladiators have a charge skill. The whole point of snare line of spells is to keep melee away dude.

i played a sin to 24 and an SM to 22 on the open beta, and i really enjoyed the SM. i didnt think the spells were dry in terms of visuals but the thing about them it you have to use them smart because even tho the cooldowns are short you dont have as much control over your fight as a Sorceror with CC and such. overall its an amazing class to play and advance with. i never got far enough to get fear =/

Lock takes skill FYI. I have a lvl 80 lock haha. It's more work than fear, dot, dot. Especially when you are destruction and one spell breaks your fear. ANYWAYS. Can't wait to quit WoW for this.
