actually i find that the most efficient way to doing barrows is the ancient magicks. They are really worth doing desert treasure. You can use ice burst but i would recommend at least ice blitz as is freezes for 15 seconds

Those are called runes. When you get something called membership, you can cast a spell called "teleport to house" there, you can actually make an altar to restore your prayer points! It's really cool.

@Xenda4X Kill count affects the runes and the bolt racks. It has nothing to do with barrows armour/weapon, they are random.
