  • Oh my gosh, I'm realitively fit, female, 5'8, weigh just under 9 stone, exercise 30mins x 4 a week, do weights and cardio but my oh my this is tough! All these moves are new to me and damn do they tone or do they tone?! lol can't wait to have an even tighter little bod for summer!

  • What is the best video series to purchase that has the most effective butt, back, belly and arm exercises like the ones shown here? I am looking for motions like the ones in this video not just another cardio workout. Thank you! Katie SHES SO GREAT!!!! I can't wait to get her videos!!!!   • @SOTABALLDBOY Yes, for guys it gets you that lean look. Search youtube for other tracy anderson method videos and there's one for guys and training I believe. Hope that helps... Also you can go to her facebook page there's a lot of people there who can help you.
