I think it's weird how you can legally drink in England when you're eighteen but here you have to wait until you're 21 yet we can drive before you guys. Very odd.
I got pulled over by a motorcycle cop while down in LAX for not having a front license plate. My car was brand spanking new and there weren't even any holes on the bumper to put one. But he "had killer boots man!".
To me the whole letter thing doesn't sound right. Read the 5th amendment, sounds like theyre pulling a fast one. Ca is in desprite need of $. Gotta watch out for those CHP!
When I was about 22 or so, I was driving out to Oxnard. We were chatting and I was passing cars frequently but safely. A cop pulled us over. He comes up to the window asks for license and registration. I give him my license and my mom opens the glove box to get the registration. As soon as she did, all these curlers came pouring out. He just started laughing and gave me a warning. Thanks Mom.
It's been over two and a half months which is why we called but hopefully what we sent goes through. That's a bummer for your wife. I've known a lot of people that have gotten red light tickets.
haha yeah i hate cops when i got a ticket for speeding i was going 1 mile over the speed limit. arg. its terrible. I had to go to traffic school and everything.

It takes them a month for the ticket to show up to the house. It's going to cost $214 for an infraction of VC 22350. Plus fees and traffic school. :(
You can send it in but make sure you do certified mail.
Don't feel too bad. My wife blew a red light with a traffic cam and it was $350.
