ahem Then how the heck did those aliens get there..oh wait! let me guess they came from aliens that were visited by more aliens and that happened billions and trillions of years ago and they all came from bacteria which took even more time and invented space ships that took a crap on there planet which took billions of years to evolve. and then the aliens left some of there fecal matter on our planet and that bacteria for billions of years swimming around in the ocean evolved into humans.
The story of being created by a "god" I find harder to believe than that the first living creatures come from space. We ARE the aliens, and yes there is live on other planets. Human kind "created"god.
Strawman abiogenesis to sell the alien myth, quote scientists and there work without giving names. Who brought bacteria back to life after 100million yrs? Name please.
I see so many correlations between the universe and cytology/biology, I look at the universe as one big "Cosmic-Cell" and everything within this Cosmic-Cell(stars, black holes, matter) are just "Cosmic-Organelles" responsible for the cosmic-cell's function. "where there is water, there is life" as you know there is plenty of that in the universe. We are the stuff of stars, the stars are the stuff of the universe; are we so egotistical to think the universe's design is so different from us? :]
i get the idea of life "begetting" life... and that there is a huge possibility that life on this planet originated from somewhere else... but there appears to be a huge gap between microbes and bacterial life forms "riding" comets and meteors to the plethora of species that is (and once were) in our planet. from whence, then, did the the DNA of ALL the animals and plants come from?
DAWKINS: NOBODY knows how it got started. We know the kind of event that it must have been. We know the sort of event that must have happened for the origin of life.
BEN STEIN: And what was that?
DAWKINS: It was the origin of the first self-replicating molecule.
there is no god just other highly advanced cosmic races(pleisians, andromedans) who wants us to advance and join them finally in 5th and 6th bodyless dimensions but so far we have been used as a farm animals by our current owners/invaders reptylians and greys
@SakamaruNetoi / good question my friend ,to be honesty with you i do not know, but if i would have to guess my guess would be from other distant planets out in space ,and not to change the subject but you have to remember that from birth we have all been programe to believe that what the powers that be have told us is the truth:)
A self replicating strip of DNA had only to form itself once in the millions of years, at any point on the entire planet for all of life to have come about. It is not magic, it is one chance in countless millions and there has been more than enough time and chemical reactions for it to have happened. And here we are. Whether this happened on Earth or some other planet is irrelevant. But it is likely to have happened on Earth.
During 2012, look out for a news article accompanied by a photo of Joseph Rhawns Phd lay on the floor with 20 other people, surrounded by empty paper cups.
Rhawn Joseph Phd... WTF is the Phd in? Work of a child. The first life on earth was built from RNA, not DNA. DNA occured through evolution. Yes the building blocks of life came from the universe, of course it did. We were formed from major colisions 4 bil years ago, but how can that prove the existence of God? Any God?
Rhawns videos and insights include war torture videos, ufo videos, world will end in 2012 videos and exisentence of God. Where are the proof of ghosts, mind reading, crop circle
i cant take this seriously, there are some interesting arguments for ID, but if within the first 10 mins you cant get your facts straight ... your full of shit, lets me just give one example .... there is NO methane sea on mars, your thinking of venus, methane is only rarely seen on mars because of its low pressure and only observed in yet unexplained rarefied vapors.
Ok even if i choose to believe that DNA/Microbes came to our planet from elsewhere, already fully functional, then where did that life come from before that? and before that? and before that......? I find he does not explain that. Also the chemistry experiments he refers to were only a proof of concept and NOT intended to produce life.
If Life only comes from life, where did the first life forms come from? I'ts ok saying we evolved from aliens. but where did the aliens ancesstors and ancesstors before those come from? The universe as we know it had a beginning, nobody is sure what was before the big bang there are some theory's floating around but basically some form of energy must have always existed, have some kind of life always existed too? I doubt it. To sum up, Life doesn't only come from life.
I liked the video. Here is where I am confused. The video says that the primordial soup theory is wrong & Darwin is wrong for the evolution theory. At the same time, the video says complex DNA came from the heavens e.g. water vapor. The confusion is... If primordial says that single organisms kept combining 2 form more complex organisms 2 eventually lead to humans, I do not C how complex DNA theory from outterspace is that much different. The starting points are different, but they still evolve.
@mnash3 The video doesn't say Darwin was wrong, It says the primordial soup theory is wrong. Any life trying to assemble on the ocean floor would be broke down as the early earth atmosphere would not be able to protect abiogenesis from radiation. A key component of earths protection from the outside is our oxygen rich atmosphere which was not present on a primordial earth when abiogenesis would have been taking place. Life can't evolve without oxygen, and cant evolve with it. This theory is best
@Blue-I apologize. Although I stated Darwin was wrong, I was really trying 2 emphasize that the starting points are different e.g. water vapor from outer space vs primordial ooze, but once the starting point is agreed upon, it still seems to follow the path of evolution from there. At the same time, feel free to ignore my clarification because I like your point in your other post much more which really keeps asking the question of where is the beginning? So far, it looks like we're all guessing.
Darwin trained to be a theologian who believed in intelligent design:
"Each species has been...created...with what we know of the laws impressed on matter by the Creator......nature’s productions...plainly bear the stamp of far higher workmanship...Natural selection is daily and hourly scrutinizing every variation; rejecting that which is bad preserving and adding up all that is
good; silently and insensibly working at the improvement of each organic being" -Darwin, On the Origins of Species.

Apart from the fact that this hypothesis has absolutely 0 supporting evidence, all your doing by postulation an extra-terrestrial source of terrestrial life is pushing the problem elsewhere. The universe is finite, as are all the chemicals within it from which life is formed. So life had to form within our universe at some point after there were sufficient elements for it to do so. It can not ultimately have come from life so all your work is still ahead of you.
@dj2baduk Abiogenesis could not have taken place on this planet. Any amino-acids trying to bond together to form proteins would have been broken down by outside radiation from the sun, the early atmosphere mainly composed of methane and ammonia had no oxygen to block incoming radiation. Abiogenesis also does not work with oxygen in the atmosphere, oxygen would also bread down the process and oxidize aminos or any nucleotide's. Life came from outside the planet.
Superstitious idolatry still wreaks fear in weak minds unable to think without direction from others. Carrying the notion that supernal intelligence records human movement and awaits death to reward or punish for all eternity is not just beyond logic but complacently stupid and does not deserve debate. Brave thinkers of the past who rejected religious superstition created the world in which we live longer and better today and deserve our acknowledgment, not ancient tribal savages.
@xOrhan1976 "I thought you knew that 2+2 is not equal to 4 always" When exactly isn't it then?
"what was your point in the first place that you answered me?" Why? Did you think my goal was to answer all of your questions? Well, sometimes the only honest answer to a question is "we don't know yet", and if you don't find that answer satisfactory, then that's just too bad; use it as motivation to find the real answers instead of just making up ones that make you feel better.
@ArcanaKnight "And i can't say that "there is no God" just because some imperfect calculations tells me that my grand grand grand mother was an ape."
Three things: 1) There's a lot more "grand(s)" than that to get to the ancestor you're talking about, and 2) you actually still are an ape, and 3) believing in a god and accepting scientific principles like evolution aren't mutually exclusive.
@ArcanaKnight 1: My questions are comes through your unnecessary answers
2: If you believe that you dont have all the answers, thats mean you must study harder than you are. I never said i dont know the answers about my questions. I just said, i have questions.
3: I've never asked something to you before you answered my comments. So pls consider ur position again.
4: in this case, you are accepting you and your grands are apes, and expecting me to agree with you.
@xOrhan1976 Its not just that I don't have all the answers, its that we, as a species, don't have all the answers.
Your inability to accept well-supported scientific principles is your own problem. Many people, both scientists and theologians, have no problems at all accepting evolution while still believing in god. Its really only a problem if your beliefs rely upon a literalist interpretation of your chosen holy texts.
If life was made this way, there would be elephants and rats on the moon and ET would allready be phoning home. The theory of life in an organic soupe is the one that makes the most sense atm. We might not find the answer to the origin of life, but the origin of spicies is a fact. Look into the evidence and open your eyes. Darwin wasn't wrong, he has been measured and tested for over 100years now. It's about time the whole of humanity gave him some credit for his work.
So how come they can accept something incorrect, and not accurate, but deny to something cristal clear? Why do people afraid of believing? They already believes too many bullshit like terrorism, govertments policies etc, but why not the religion? Its so personal, and uniqe! But i know why; Because there are companies that doesnt wants us to believe something greater than ourselves. And this is how they turn us to SLAVES OF MONEY. Come on people! wake up!
These point of views are sadly stops human being develope the thinking skills and while we avoiding to beliefs we are going backward instead of move forward. Religions was always part of human nature
Watch this and learn! : /2mHe211mLV0
Another tip: True religions are not denies the science but encourages their way all the way. Problem is, scientists are already know that not always 2x2=4, but that is only an ACCEPTANCE.
And my opinion is: if i can not deny the pain-plasure-love-anger-vanity-sadness-happiness and all type of emotıon (because we cant see or measure them) thats why I cannot deny the creator eighter (just because we dont see) Science is too weak to deny God, because we humans cant destroy the material yet. Maybe we can modify molecularly, but its not the same thing. Today you can buy a professor or a preacher to say things you want. But true faith always there for us and its not against science.
well, i think the atheists must leave the bigbang and find another way to start. Because simply bigbang and "accidental evolving" is not good pair for that religion. They should deny bigbang too and aim on another formation. But they can't because universe is expanding. Big bang gives strong reasons to causality, and obviously its the greatest event of our history. I believe that the creator is exist but i dont keep sides. Jews, Muslims, Christians, everyone have their ideas and I have mine.
"only life can create life" well did humans ever create life and just to say this ,its not possible to destroy matter (mass or anything that occupies space) but then how did people create the *void* where its absolutelly nothing in it for example if you take a glass and put it over a burning candle it will burn out the oxygen but the the space left will be replaced by carbon dioxide so did they actually destroy matter to form a *void*?
Why so easy to accept that your soooo grand-grand-grand mother got raped by a bunch of apes in the jungle and that caused your existance and hard to admit that you are here to understand to yourself and keep to this planet as a gift from our creator? Is this because of the science? Explain what is science? Who gave this will to you to search to your God? Isn't it obvious? You're accepting His existance by denying!
@xOrhan1976 We are here for no reason, our brains are evolved to that everything has a reason. But our life has no reason, we're just here for being here. Neither would we ever understand what made us. Pretty sure god wasn't it, evolution? Maybe... The big bang... Go away man. The only way we can understand it by knowing the universe.
The real deal is not to understand life, but to find your place in it
@MrDjJDK Yea? but why our brains evolved to see the meanings beyond the material. If life has no meaning, then why are you still alive? why didnt kill your self when you find out that your life has no meaning or a reason? Explain please how come you can deny something you got inside already, and still insist to keep it?
@xOrhan1976 Because the strongest will is the will to survive. Tell me the reason you are alive? To worship god? So practically you're saying youre a fuckt up slave
@MrDjJDK I didnt say we are here to worship did i? And i also said that im not defending any book or religion (read well before you insult someone who doesnt thinks like you)
However, im just an ordinary man with a simple questions, now in here, i have other one:
"will to survive" you said; now please explain:
How did it get into your brain? why you wanna survive? Because your instincts? But what is the instincts? how did it get into you? And why your instincts let you to believe :
@MrDjJDK believe to "The big bang made the universe", but doesnt give an answer: why the big bang occured? what is the meaning of big bang and what was inside of big bang that gave you the will to survive?
@xOrhan1976 1) We actually can see and measure emotions. Still can't do either for god though.
2) That's right, its all one big conspiracy by Big Business against believers; afterall, there is absolutely no way to market to people with religious beliefs. *eyeroll
3) Your questions are faulty. They presuppose that there IS a meaning to the Big Bang, that something had to give organisms the "will to survive", etc.
@ArcanaKnight Then i must turn back to my first question again: how do you explain to 'consciousness' with this video? And please explain how do you measure to somebody's "Love" or "Hate"?
Another question here: Why its faulty? because they are not explainable? Can we say that "faulty" for everything which we "can't explain"? Is this what science should do; "Deny to things that can't be answered."? Or just made your own answers to comfort yourself?
@xOrhan1976 "Why its faulty" I already explained that; its not because they're inexplicable, its because they presuppose that there is an answer. For example, instead of asking "What is the meaning to the Big Bang", a better question would be "Is there a meaning to the Big Bang".
"How do you measure someone's Love or Hate" We can see emotions and how intense they are in brain scans, though the technology isn't sophisticated enough yet to be able to measure it in some standardized units.
@xOrhan1976 "How do you explain consciousness" We're just starting to scratch the surface on that, though preliminary explanations for its origins have been proposed. In any case, not yet being able to explain something doesn't mean that its inexplicable; that's nothing but an argument from ignorance. The evidence does strongly suggest that consciousness is naturalistic.
@ArcanaKnight 1) But how do you measure intensity then? what makes you think it's intense enough or not? Intense enough for what or who? and how you can be sure from brain scans that its the correct emotion to focus on? Where is your website to show that intensity of love scanned and printed?
2) ok lets ask it that way: is there a meaning to the Big Bang? How do you know everything started from Big Bang? What is everything for you? is it beginning of human or universe? How about before than?
@xOrhan1976 The intensity can be measured by looking at the amount of activity on the scan; lots of activity means strong emotion. We can be sure we're seeing the correct emotion by observing several different subjects; each time the same area of the brain will light up.
"Is there a meaning to the Big Bang" We don't know, but at least you're asking the right question now.
@ArcanaKnight Ok. Guessing that we are close to understand each other. Here are some more:
We can't disprove to the Big Bang just because we dont know the meaning of it right? But we didn't see the Big Bang, if it happened, it happened billions and billions years ago. Who said there was a Big Bang? How did they understand it? They scanned to gama rays in the space, calculated expansion of the universe. They claimed that they are right because the movement of universe itself. --->
@xOrhan1976 "we didn't see the Big Bang..." There are also many crimes or even just past events for which there are no witnesses, but just because nobody saw something happen doesn't mean that we can't find it out.
"We both know 2+2 is not 4 always right" No, we don't agree on that.
"I got a lot of questions" Having questions is fine, but saying "goddidit" isn't an answer, its just replacing one unknown with another. You also need to realize that we don't HAVE all the answers.
Dont get me wrong please, im not against science, But mathematic is not exact. We both know 2+2 is not 4 always right? And they used to that mathematic for claim their theories right? Does this makes them wrong? no? Why? Because unfortunetely in here, we dont have anymore than that. But to claim our existence by accidental cases, is not for me.I got a lot of questions, and im trying to get the answers. -->
@MrDjJDK Also please explain: How does your reason can decide what is good or bad for you? how do you see the light, and how you dont see in the dark? The instincs again? If so, how does your instincs can see the shapes and colours in light, and cant decide in dark? (But i mean: "complete dark")
Why your visual horizon dont let you see anything when you close your eyes?
Please excuse me for my english but explain to 'consciousness' with this video? Pain? Love? And I'm not defending any books or religions here But please Explain how can we deny things or accept them? Explain to the fear, anger and the understanding. Explain to be jealous and to be curious, and the excitement also? How do you explain all these feelings and there are many more as we all know.. Can a bacteria cry? Or can a microbe laugh?
How is 'the hand of God' a logical explanation at all may I ask? Since religious text denounces the actual age of our planet. And if people are so convinced of God, then how did God come to be, and what is God, if not a metaphor for the unknown.
@SakamaruNetoi Then please 'enlighten' me with a religion that recognises the Earth as being 4.54 billion years old. Because religion predates science and is not amendable (with hypocritical exceptions) it is not able to offer 'credence' on even the most fundamental issue, the origins of life.
@Matt8798 Science has always been there, just not discovered by man. Just like all other planets in our solar system were there before man discovered them. Just like people knew there was a Sun and a Moon, but didn't know what they were. Just like people knew apples fell from trees, but didn't know what caused them to. Religion DOES NOT predate science.
@Matt8798 I'm not going to get into a religious argument with you. And I'm certainly not trying to "enlighten" you, so drop that crap. All I'm saying is that not every religion says that the Earth is only a few thousand years old. I'm Christian, and I support the idea of Earth being 4.54 billion years old. I end my discussion there for fear of getting into a religious dispute, which I have never been fond of. Believe what you will, I am simply offering a different perspective.
Respond to this video... HOW COULD THAT MAKE HUMANS ARE YOU NUTS HAVE YOU LOOKED AT YOURSELF LATELY I MEAN LOOK AT YOURSELF MAN,,,,,,,,,I MEAN LOOK AT A REALLY PRETTY GIRL AND YOUR TELLING ME THAT ATOMS JUST MADE MALE AND FEMALE LIKE THAT JUST OUT THE BLUE IF WE DONT FIND ANY LIFE IN SPACE SOON THE BIBLE IS OUR DESTINY.!
@gingerbollz Why suckers always start about this goddamn cancer fot this whole fucking planet go whine in church about that fake ass bible go worship a fucking a invisible friend brainwashed motherfucker. Look at what you just said bitch. Atoms are building blocks then it takes million of years goddamn fool you is just to stupid. You should not watch this cuz you is fucking brainwashed now shut your face and start praying for my blasphemy
We only see a VERY small part of the universe and we don't understand what we see. For science/man to claim to know that he/it knows how it all started is rediculous. Mans knowledge goes hand in hand with his idiocy. Contrary to popular belief, man is limited, he doesn't have all the answers. Here is a thought experiment: nothing can come from nothing. Something can come from something if something (God) always existed! It is as simple as that. God has all the answers and He is the origin of all
If life came from life then life must have existed in some form before the big bang. It must have existed either in DNA form or some other form which changed to DNA form sometime after the big bang.. The universe as we know it had a beginning. That is at some point it began to be the universe we know. Before the big bang there was just a singularity. Did life exist in some form in this singularity and then changed to be life in DNA form sometime after the big bang?
Dr. Joseph and Dr. Chandra Wickramasinghe, have just published an answer to your question. They have traced the evolution of the first gene to over 10-13 billion years ago--a time which corresponds with the Big Bang Model of the universe.
@Sarastarlight I haven't read the book, but even without doing so, I'm willing to bet good money they haven't "traced" anything. If they had, it would be really big news. What they've actually done more likely is a calculation, using a great many assumptions. There's plenty of evidence for complex organic chemistry in space, but no one has found a "gene" in space. If/When they do, it will be exciting news, but it hasn't happened yet.
Universe is huge and infinite, i believe MILLIONS of "Earth-like" planet are exist only in our OWN galaxy (The Milky Way) and some of them have more advanced civilization than US.
@declaration963 The universe is not infinite, perhaps you should go back to school. Scientists are trying to fix the theory of general relativity, because it predicts infinite results within black holes. Scientists realize that infinity is merely an abstract mathematical construct and does not occur within the universe, which is why they realize there is something fundamentally wrong with the theory. If you disagree with me, feel free to email Michio Kaku and tell him that he's an idiot.
Lol really? Boiling water and giving it what? Two hours to spawn life ? And you're saying that disproves Aristotle?! Keep in mind the process would most likely take eons. Lol OK so how did the very first life-form come about then hmm? Since only life can come from life god made us? Is that the point of this vid... seems like it. What makes more sense here is not the little cesspool of random ingredients getting hit by lightning nor some asteroid burning freezing in space and then burning upon
people who belive in gods are in denile, if u were a person in the early years of earth and were confused of where u came from u would make something up like god to keep your mind at ease. just like vikings belive that the more kills they get the better chance they have of gettin into valhalla. all religions are obserd in there own ways and people just need to look at the big picture and start moving foward instead of hoping for some fake spirit not to mention the amount of hours wasted prayin
@Heartless9411 Actually's its DENAIL, not denile. Thanks dude, you really showed your superiority over people who believe in God by failing at the language you've been speaking since you were a year old, just a mere seven words into your statement. That is, if I don't include the failed capitalization of certain words, punctuation etc.
from a galaxy far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far away................
@stratocaster1986able Exactly, life cannot be explained away by natural causes. All the crap about evolution, we can argue for ages about but there is no need. Why is that? Because evolution specifically states that it has nothing to do with abiogenesis. The theory (although false) only deals with life after it has already begun. It's sad but, people try to pretend that evolution addresses the origin of life, even scientists, and they are lying. It seems they haven't even read Darwins book.

My own opinion about the origin of life coincides with the author's theory. There is a huge gap between the organic soup and a simplest cell, i.e. between a collection of organic moleculas and a living organism. The replication mechanism is too complex to appear randomly.
I think the organic life was created by an intelligent life form of another origin; just as humans can potentially create life based on semicondactor materials by means of MEMS technology.
This is a pointless video. Whether life arose on earth or came from a different planet, it had to have an ultimate beginning. Abiogenesis had to happen at some point.
I have been watching your videos now for a while and I thank you for putting so much in a short of mount of time. I have watched knowing but discovery channel ect a like since I was a kid, I'm 25 now and this is the best Internet stuff I have found yet in a compacted for with so much backing :) thanks
Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from Magic. the sooner we give up the worship of solar deities, the sooner we will see how valuable life is.
Your claims don't have any proof, it is all opinion. Just because science has not created DNA in a lab does not disprove abiogenesis. Just because things are complex does not disprove anything. Just like the old claim that has always been put forth by people like you that science doesn't have all of the answers yet so God must have done it. This is a bad argument.
If life came from other planets then that doesn't answer the question which is "What is the origin"? Life would have to come about on those other planets the same way it happened here. So forget about life coming here, it started here without any God sticking a hand in the mud.
no your the ignoranus sir you know nothing bout biochemistry...life is a process of trial and error ...the body is composed of 65 percent of oxygen, 18.5 percent carbon, 9.5 percent of hydrogen and bout 3 percent of nitrogen and less than one percent of other trace elements...all you need is the right recipe and the right conditions and that require skill and a lot of time maybe 4.5 billion years...
When a pseudo science video begins with a bible quote I know that there is not going to be science in it but stupid assumptions and completely false conclusions. By the time I hit 2:20 I was not disappointed. "Lightning hitting a supernatural soup"? Too funny. Sorry, but no credible scientist has EVER said that. I love how the religious keep trying to bring science down to the religious level using words like "theology" and "magic" and "miracles" in a scientific context. Learn real science.

@Angelalynx999 Right? I'm kind of confused on what is going on here now. The poster states "This film does NOT promote religion or god" but at 4:29 the narrator clearly says "Other than the hand of God there is no logical explanation for the origin of life." ??? What's going on here? If the person is promoting the video but says the video does not promote "God", and yet the video clearly does promote "God" then this is all contradiction and leads to confusion. I stopped watching after that part.
this fellow is of a theological background , with the "arguements" he is presenting , if you are secular and have delt with christians or really any religionists , there is little objective thinking , and even less critical thinking.
@heratica666 He is not a Christian, he clearly posts: There is no God at the start of the vid. Why does it never occur to people that God and science are intermingled? One cannot exist without the other.
@sonystevo there HAD to have been a beginning, but i dont think theres an ultimate end, i believe is all a cycle consisting of many beginnings and endings
@free00to00ryhme there didnt HAVE to be a beginning, what came before is the question you have to ask yourself, something doesnt come from nothing, and this is where you get into the infinity question, which will always be the wrong answer. but there is the eternal, and as far back as you want to go there will be the question what came before that???
@VinnyMonster1 well, life cant come from anything except life sssoooo, a highly powerful energy mass thats powerful enough to have a will and a conscious that many call GOD.
Most references to god/angel in religious texts are actually reference to what we today call aliens,Pleiadans, atlanteans, etc.that being said;in any creation there has to be that which was before the thing created.there is an all encompassing entity u can call God.tho he/she does not fit into our normal concepts of God.consciousness is everywhere,as is energy.we also are god n some way.there is no seperation, only our misperceptions.see double slit experiments!
There is no god... and if there were, then the gods have gods who have gods. The god argument is a "straw man" which, in retrospect, should have never been mentioned in this film.
Maybe god does exist. Maybe god is the universe and the galaxys and the stars are nothing more then little cells that assemble gods being. Perhaps terrestial objects are nothing more then a multidemensional part of higher stages of life.
Whatever god is,
Hes to big to vast, to mysterious to be associated with a 6foot tall son with a beard. God is the universe. So how can a 6foot tall man talk for god. And even if he did, why would we take him serious?
If life on earth came from other planets , then where did the life on those planets came from ? Other planets ? Fine, so it did, but it has to stop somewhere , it can't be a never ending circle . Only life can produce life, fine, you've just disproven god.
Regardless of what you believe the origin of life is there has to be a moment when it came from nothing. If it came from another planet when event created life there? If a devine being generated everything where did te devine being originate from? I doubt this is provable but seeking answers is one of humanities better drives.
I do believe Dr Joseph is just stating that life did not originate here as on this planet, life only creates life. In his book he explains that at the time that life was suppose to have miraculously created itself in the organic soup, the organic soup couldn't of existed as there was no atmosphere and the dna would of been destroyed by radiation.
@CrocoDuck420 : Actually life arose 500 million years after the Earth formed. It remained single celled for 3.5 billion years and then, 500 million years ago, the conditions were right for multi-cellular life and in that time life diverged into billions of species most of which are extinct now. The facts backing up these claims can be found online. Look them up and perhaps you'll learn why it is not "religious bullshit" but fact.
@CrocoDuck420 : Or not and remain willfully ignorant. It's a good thing that there are people out there doing science who do care how things happened and are willing to spend their entire lives in the pursuit of that knowledge. If they were like you we'd still be burning witches and thinking that the Sun revolves around the Earth. You know, REAL religious bullshit. You are a disgrace to the human race.
i beleive that sceinstist are trying their best to find an explanation on how life cme to be. We may be right or possibly wrong, that is why in time we will know how it all happen. But right now our minds have still yet to evolve, there is a potential reason to beleive that in thee far far far future, we as a human specices will evolve and have a better understanding of lifeand how we percieve things......
ahem Then how the heck did those aliens get there..oh wait! let me guess they came from aliens that were visited by more aliens and that happened billions and trillions of years ago and they all came from bacteria which took even more time and invented space ships that took a crap on there planet which took billions of years to evolve. and then the aliens left some of there fecal matter on our planet and that bacteria for billions of years swimming around in the ocean evolved into humans.

BEN STEIN: Well, how did it start?
DAWKINS: NOBODY knows how it got started. We know the kind of event that it must have been. We know the sort of event that must have happened for the origin of life.
BEN STEIN: And what was that?
DAWKINS: It was the origin of the first self-replicating molecule.
BEN STEIN: Right, and how did that happen?
DAWKINS: I told you, WE DON’T KNOW.
BEN STEIN: So you have no idea how it started

these 5 elements are all thats needed for life to get a jumpstart on life. they are formed in supernovas and high pressure.

If life cannot come from none life! Then we must assume that life has always existed! which means there was no begining! Right?
If there are Gods then obviously they are alive.
One day Science will find the ellusive answer make no mistake about it!
Have they not bought dead bodies back to life? Do any of you guys know? Interesting stuff dudes! x

The starting points are different, but they still evolve.
mnash3 2 months ago
@mnash3 The video doesn't say Darwin was wrong, It says the primordial soup theory is wrong. Any life trying to assemble on the ocean floor would be broke down as the early earth atmosphere would not be able to protect abiogenesis from radiation. A key component of earths protection from the outside is our oxygen rich atmosphere which was not present on a primordial earth when abiogenesis would have been taking place. Life can't evolve without oxygen, and cant evolve with it. This theory is best
BlueMajic100 1 month ago
@Blue-I apologize. Although I stated Darwin was wrong, I was really trying 2 emphasize that the starting points are different e.g. water vapor from outer space vs primordial ooze, but once the starting point is agreed upon, it still seems to follow the path of evolution from there. At the same time, feel free to ignore my clarification because I like your point in your other post much more which really keeps asking the question of where is the beginning? So far, it looks like we're all guessing.

It can not ultimately have come from life so all your work is still ahead of you.
dj2baduk 2 months ago

ArcanaKnight 2 months ago

But true faith always there for us and its not against science.
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
well, i think the atheists must leave the bigbang and find another way to start. You're accepting His existance by denying!
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
if you don't believe that your feelings are real, i don't think that you can understand and believe that the creator is exist.
Or, the creator is easy target to deny? who knows? because He isn't talking to us as like the man that speaks in this video? No?
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
@xOrhan1976 We are here for no reason, our brains are evolved to that everything has a reason. But our life has no reason, we're just here for being here. Neither would we ever understand what made us. Pretty sure god wasn't it, evolution? Maybe... The big bang... Go away man. The only way we can understand it by knowing the universe.
The real deal is not to understand life, but to find your place in it
MrDjJDK 2 months ago
@MrDjJDK Yea? but why our brains evolved to see the meanings beyond the material. If life has no meaning, then why are you still alive? why didnt kill your self when you find out that your life has no meaning or a reason? Explain please how come you can deny something you got inside already, and still insist to keep it?
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
@xOrhan1976 Because the strongest will is the will to survive. Tell me the reason you are alive? To worship god? So practically you're saying youre a fuckt up slave
MrDjJDK 2 months ago
@MrDjJDK I didnt say we are here to worship did i? And i also said that im not defending any book or religion (read well before you insult someone who doesnt thinks like you)
However, im just an ordinary man with a simple questions, now in here, i have other one:
"will to survive" you said; now please explain:
How did it get into your brain? why you wanna survive? Because your instincts? But what is the instincts? how did it get into you? And why your instincts let you to believe :
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
@MrDjJDK believe to "The big bang made the universe", but doesnt give an answer: why the big bang occured? what is the meaning of big bang and what was inside of big bang that gave you the will to survive?
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
@xOrhan1976 1) We actually can see and measure emotions. Still can't do either for god though.
2) That's right, its all one big conspiracy by Big Business against believers; afterall, there is absolutely no way to market to people with religious beliefs. *eyeroll
3) Your questions are faulty. They presuppose that there IS a meaning to the Big Bang, that something had to give organisms the "will to survive", etc.
ArcanaKnight 2 months ago
@ArcanaKnight Then i must turn back to my first question again: how do you explain to 'consciousness' with this video? And please explain how do you measure to somebody's "Love" or "Hate"?
Another question here: Why its faulty? because they are not explainable? Can we say that "faulty" for everything which we "can't explain"? Is this what science should do; "Deny to things that can't be answered."? Or just made your own answers to comfort yourself?
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
@xOrhan1976 "Why its faulty" I already explained that; its not because they're inexplicable, its because they presuppose that there is an answer. For example, instead of asking "What is the meaning to the Big Bang", a better question would be "Is there a meaning to the Big Bang".
"How do you measure someone's Love or Hate" We can see emotions and how intense they are in brain scans, though the technology isn't sophisticated enough yet to be able to measure it in some standardized units.
ArcanaKnight 2 months ago
@xOrhan1976 "How do you explain consciousness" We're just starting to scratch the surface on that, though preliminary explanations for its origins have been proposed. In any case, not yet being able to explain something doesn't mean that its inexplicable; that's nothing but an argument from ignorance. The evidence does strongly suggest that consciousness is naturalistic.
tinyurlDOTcom/ckprmca
ArcanaKnight 2 months ago
@ArcanaKnight 1) But how do you measure intensity then? what makes you think it's intense enough or not? Intense enough for what or who? and how you can be sure from brain scans that its the correct emotion to focus on? Where is your website to show that intensity of love scanned and printed?
2) ok lets ask it that way: is there a meaning to the Big Bang? How do you know everything started from Big Bang? What is everything for you? is it beginning of human or universe? How about before than?
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
@xOrhan1976 The intensity can be measured by looking at the amount of activity on the scan; lots of activity means strong emotion. We can be sure we're seeing the correct emotion by observing several different subjects; each time the same area of the brain will light up.
"Is there a meaning to the Big Bang" We don't know, but at least you're asking the right question now.
ArcanaKnight 2 months ago
@ArcanaKnight Ok. Guessing that we are close to understand each other. Here are some more:
We can't disprove to the Big Bang just because we dont know the meaning of it right? But we didn't see the Big Bang, if it happened, it happened billions and billions years ago. Who said there was a Big Bang? How did they understand it? They scanned to gama rays in the space, calculated expansion of the universe. They claimed that they are right because the movement of universe itself. --->
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
@xOrhan1976 "we didn't see the Big Bang..." There are also many crimes or even just past events for which there are no witnesses, but just because nobody saw something happen doesn't mean that we can't find it out.
"We both know 2+2 is not 4 always right" No, we don't agree on that.
"I got a lot of questions" Having questions is fine, but saying "goddidit" isn't an answer, its just replacing one unknown with another. You also need to realize that we don't HAVE all the answers.
ArcanaKnight 2 months ago
@ArcanaKnight
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
@ArcanaKnight And i can't say that "there is no God" just because some imperfect calculations tells me that my grand grand grand mother was an ape.
xOrhan1976 2 months ago
@MrDjJDK Also please explain: How does your reason can decide what is good or bad for you? how do you see the light, and how you dont see in the dark? The instincs again? If so, how does your instincs can see the shapes and colours in light, and cant decide in dark? (But i mean: "complete dark")
Why your visual horizon dont let you see anything when you close your eyes?

How is 'the hand of God' a logical explanation at all may I ask? Since religious text denounces the actual age of our planet. And if people are so convinced of God, then how did God come to be, and what is God, if not a metaphor for the unknown.
Matt8798 3 months ago
@Matt8798
"The hand of God" was meant as a "straw man", meaning there is only one logical explanation, i,.e. that life on Earth came from other planets.
In retrospect, this "hand of..." straw man/metaphor should never have been used in this video.
Sarastarlight 3 months ago
@Matt8798 Ok, not all religious text denounces the age of the planet. I'm really tired of people saying that.
SakamaruNetoi 3 weeks ago
@SakamaruNetoi Then please 'enlighten' me with a religion that recognises the Earth as being 4.54 billion years old. Because religion predates science and is not amendable (with hypocritical exceptions) it is not able to offer 'credence' on even the most fundamental issue, the origins of life.
Matt8798 3 weeks ago
@Matt8798 Science has always been there, just not discovered by man. Just like all other planets in our solar system were there before man discovered them. Just like people knew there was a Sun and a Moon, but didn't know what they were. Just like people knew apples fell from trees, but didn't know what caused them to. Religion DOES NOT predate science.

@Matt8798 I'm not going to get into a religious argument with you. And I'm certainly not trying to "enlighten" you, so drop that crap. God has all the answers and He is the origin of all
bheadh 3 months ago

@ZeusHelios Cool I'll check it out Thanks for the info.
ZeusHelios 3 months ago
@Sarastarlight I haven't read the book, but even without doing so, I'm willing to bet good money they haven't "traced" anything. If they had, it would be really big news. What they've actually done more likely is a calculation, using a great many assumptions. There's plenty of evidence for complex organic chemistry in space, but no one has found a "gene" in space. If/When they do, it will be exciting news, but it hasn't happened yet.

@dj2baduk Why do they have to find a gene? They have found microbial life, aliens.

The Big Question!......where did the life from the 'other' objects which hit the earth come from?
mark1952able 3 months ago
Universe is huge and infinite, i believe MILLIONS of "Earth-like" planet are exist only in our OWN galaxy (The Milky Way) and some of them have more advanced civilization than US.
declaration963 3 months ago
@declaration963 The universe is not infinite, perhaps you should go back to school. Scientists are trying to fix the theory of general relativity, because it predicts infinite results within black holes. Scientists realize that infinity is merely an abstract mathematical construct and does not occur within the universe, which is why they realize there is something fundamentally wrong with the theory. If you disagree with me, feel free to email Michio Kaku and tell him that he's an idiot.

@ITTutorCanada If Universe wasn't infinite, just one little question, where's edge of universe ?
declaration963 3 months ago
What makes more sense here is not the little cesspool of random ingredients getting hit by lightning nor some asteroid burning freezing in space and then burning upon
morbidlyobesefrog 3 months ago
people who belive in gods are in denile, if u were a person in the early years of earth and were confused of where u came from u would make something up like god to keep your mind at ease. just like vikings belive that the more kills they get the better chance they have of gettin into valhalla. all religions are obserd in there own ways and people just need to look at the big picture and start moving foward instead of hoping for some fake spirit not to mention the amount of hours wasted prayin
Heartless9411 3 months ago
@Heartless9411 Actually's its DENAIL, not denile. Thanks dude, you really showed your superiority over people who believe in God by failing at the language you've been speaking since you were a year old, just a mere seven words into your statement. That is, if I don't include the failed capitalization of certain words, punctuation etc.

stratocaster1986able 4 months ago

BiiigT 4 months ago
Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from Magic. the sooner we give up the worship of solar deities, the sooner we will see how valuable life is.
vicarofrevelwood 4 months ago
Your claims don't have any proof, it is all opinion. Just because science has not created DNA in a lab does not disprove abiogenesis. Just because things are complex does not disprove anything. Just like the old claim that has always been put forth by people like you that science doesn't have all of the answers yet so God must have done it. This is a bad argument.
baxtar1963 4 months ago

I stopped watching after that part.

free00to00ryhme 4 months ago
@free00to00ryhme there didnt HAVE to be a beginning, what came before is the question you have to ask yourself, something doesnt come from nothing, and this is where you get into the infinity question, which will always be the wrong answer. but there is the eternal, and as far back as you want to go there will be the question what came before that???

Biogenesis disproved a kind of Creationism, there is no reason to believe that very primitive life cannot arise from increasingly complex molecules.

Most references to god/angel in religious texts are actually reference to what we today call aliens,Pleiadans, atlanteans, etc.that being said;in any creation there has to be that which was before the thing created.there is an all encompassing entity u can call God.tho he/she does not fit into our normal concepts of God.consciousness is everywhere,as is energy.we also are god n some way.there is no seperation, only our misperceptions.see double slit experiments!
majik8206 5 months ago
Maybe God is Consciousness and we having consciousness are pieces of God born to become Gods after myriad incarnations? Just a thought.

@FuIIOfFaiI
There is no god... and if there were, then the gods have gods who have gods. The god argument is a "straw man" which, in retrospect, should have never been mentioned in this film.
Sarastarlight 6 months ago
Maybe god does exist. Maybe god is the universe and the galaxys and the stars are nothing more then little cells that assemble gods being. Perhaps terrestial objects are nothing more then a multidemensional part of higher stages of life.
Whatever god is,
Hes to big to vast, to mysterious to be associated with a 6foot tall son with a beard. God is the universe. So how can a 6foot tall man talk for god. And even if he did, why would we take him serious?
Armigo91 7 months ago
If life on earth came from other planets , then where did the life on those planets came from ? Other planets ? Fine, so it did, but it has to stop somewhere , it can't be a never ending circle . Only life can produce life, fine, you've just disproven god.
Gykw17 7 months ago
Regardless of what you believe the origin of life is there has to be a moment when it came from nothing. If it came from another planet when event created life there? If a devine being generated everything where did te devine being originate from? I doubt this is provable but seeking answers is one of humanities better drives.
theyaden 7 months ago
There is currently ZERO evidence for abiogenesis___FACT.
If they ever were ever able to produce abiogenesis in a lab experiment then it would be front page news shouted by all members of the CULT of atheism.
Atheism, abiogenesis, and macroevolution is biggest LOAD of FAIRYTALES, magical garbage, pseudo-scientific NONSENSE, and pure mental ILLNESS.
Evolutionists and Atheists = mentally ILL and belong to CULTS of HYPOCRISY
buffboynick 7 months ago
@buffboynick So there's no evidence of God, as we cannot prove its existence, nor the existence of so called Jesus Christ.

RKSudo 7 months ago
I do believe Dr Joseph is just stating that life did not originate here as on this planet, life only creates life. In his book he explains that at the time that life was suppose to have miraculously created itself in the organic soup, the organic soup couldn't of existed as there was no atmosphere and the dna would of been destroyed by radiation.
TJMonster51 7 months ago
A barren rock suddenly teems with life in a few billion of years. Sounds like religious bull shit to me.
CrocoDuck420 7 months ago
@CrocoDuck420 : Actually life arose 500 million years after the Earth formed. It remained single celled for 3.5 billion years and then, 500 million years ago, the conditions were right for multi-cellular life and in that time life diverged into billions of species most of which are extinct now. The facts backing up these claims can be found online. Look them up and perhaps you'll learn why it is not "religious bullshit" but fact.
Angelalynx999 4 months ago
@Angelalynx999 Nope.cbr
CrocoDuck420 4 months ago
@CrocoDuck420 : Or not and remain willfully ignorant. It's a good thing that there are people out there doing science who do care how things happened and are willing to spend their entire lives in the pursuit of that knowledge. If they were like you we'd still be burning witches and thinking that the Sun revolves around the Earth. You know, REAL religious bullshit. You are a disgrace to the human race.

i beleive that sceinstist are trying their best to find an explanation on how life cme to be. We may be right or possibly wrong, that is why in time we will know how it all happen.
