@CHELSEA9636 Powell would also be a good choice. But if it is really a matter of acceleration, it doesn't count. In a relay, you start in the standing position on that leg on begin accelerating before getting the baton. So Bolt would be near top speed by the time he gets it. Even if Powell can accelerate faster of the blocks, you dont start on the blocks on thirs leg.

@CHELSEA9636 in this race, you need the fastest guy there. They got lane 7 so the 3rd leg is where everyone else usually catches up. Remember that on his leg, he starts from a standing position so he accelerates faster. So it actually makes sense to have him there.
