i used multiple softwares. for the 3d model i used autocad, then used 3d max for lighting and animation. There are images, rendered in 3d max, that i used in the video and i edited them using photoshop. Finally I used adobe premiere to put everything together.
Don't see what the sun animations at the start were supposed to show especially considering the context. Seemed like quite a massive building, would have been better to do those animations inside to show how you got the light into the deep plan since it looked like you had some voids or something there which looked nice.
the sun study shows the initial shadows casting on the site without the building, then with the proposed building. I'm trying to determine if it will cast a huge shadow to its neighboring residential house.
hehehe, yeah. i had two choices. to stretch horizontally or to build upwards. i chose the latter as a reference to the nearby mountain southeast of the site.
