  • Saw them live when they were playing around the Niagara Area, they may have opened for I Mother Earth. I have yet to see another Chapman Stick live.

  • I don't remember the 10's of times I voted/suggested Galactic Cattlehand to cfny's thursday top 30.... love the sound love the songs! carmenluvsya22..... lucky daughter!!!

  • wicked tune... quite a step away from what was going on at the time

  • haha thats awesome .. gotta love watching my dad play stick in this video. makes my day :)

  • @carmenluvsya22 newb

  • This is one of those bands that should have done better than they did. Killer sound, and totally unique for the time. First time i saw them was at the Friendship Festival in my home town of Fort Erie. They blew the doors off the place. I probably saw them at least 15 times after that, then they faded into obscurity. Like a thousand other great bands

  • sad they weren't bigger

  • One of the best southern Ontario bands back in the day.. We used to check them out whenever we could... I think we had to have seen them at Gords at least 3 times alone... Now if I could only find my CD's...

  • Great shows at the Opera House back in the days! Check out QUAD!

  • great band....the bass and guitar player where in a band called subject to change prior to this with a awesome drummer Blake Howard.

  • ha! Nice I was in the Broadcasting program there! Been working in the industry ever since!

  • Umm. Yep. I went to Niagara college too.- Journalism program. Yes, I too was at the Gords show for Glueleg, (Gords, RIP btw),and these guys were fun. The whole time I was in college was great for Canadian music. From '93 to '97 we really had an explosion of great independant Canadian bands.- I could drive myself insane trying to remember them all. They always played Gords or the Hideaway in St. Catharines.

  • crappy video, awesome song.

  • @DJBeSSeR The Sad part is that this is one of their better videos, they were great, not sure where they went, limited exposure I guess, too unique?

  • what ever happened to these guys!? I had the one album they released in 98 and never heard from or saw them again. Does any one know if they have more albums? Was it a typical contact problem with a greedy label that dropped them right when they were about to break?

  • dude... where can i download this album?

  • I went to Niagara College, remember seeing them at Gords in St. Catharines. My friends and I loved these guys. Great live show. Kudos to Glueleg!!

Was just discussing the band with a co-worker. Turns out he helped out with some of their recording sessions. btw if glueleg's reading this, his name is Mark D.

  • Unique. I gotta be one of the only people in the Niagara region that didnt see them live

  • Saw these guys at niagara college pub and at the vault in st. catharines - heavy! Both albums rock, but heroic doses had a bigger impact...they're my horse's favourite band...

  • They were an awesome band. I knew them from college, and still keep in touch with Carlos the stick player.

  • Awesome tune! wasn't big on the follow-up to this album, though...

  • Muchmusic!

  • my fav of there's was spiderman

  • whatever happened to these guys. Awesome

  • I miss these guys so much...but what i miss the most is my Glueleg shirt...that said "Glueleg suck and are not allowed to play here"...gotta love any band willing to put that on their own shirts

  • why aren't these glueleg videos getting more views

  • Hah! I remember listening to Glueleg as a young kid / teenager. I was in the big Canadian alternative hype listening to stuff like this, I mother Earth, Our Lady Peace, Moist, etc.

I discovered em with their second album and I remember picking Heroic Doses up after. I thought it was odd and didn't realy understood it and never gave it a chance 'till maybe two years ago. I don't know if it was the age, but I now got grip of the unique sound of this album and realy apreciate it.

  • gotta love that sax and trumpet

  • I remember I loved this album when it came out. It still has such a unique sound, I love it!

  • what are these guys doing now a days

  • I have seen this band in concert a few times back in the day. They kicked ass. Miss seeing Glueleg opening for I Mother Earth (with EDWIN).

  • the drummer for glueleg is the one that posted these!

check out some of the videos that I posted of him with Saga

  • I remember this from like 10 yrs ago. Good to hear again. Totally original band, always liked them.

  • You're not the only one that misses 'em. Glueleg always kicked much ass.

  • Awesome man thanks for uploading this.. I miss this band so much
