yeah its tricky to pack and pinch cope snuff.. best way is just take small baby pinch til you get enuff in ya lip... but yeah bottom lip is the best spot.

i love cope snuff. it's how i got started, my grandpa used to pull a tin out of the freezer and pack a dinger, and one day i asked for one...i puked, but fell in love with it. haha.
