@dhandley100 Yes; you need to go to File>Export, and then choose "Powerpoint"

I can do all of this but i can't Make the music to go on every single slide and play were it was... Like when i put the music in one slide and then i put the same song on the other slide it changes, like it starts all over again ;(

You are amazing. I wish you could be an instructor in elementary computer classrooms across the country. So many computer teachers don't have the training to

teach Keynote, etc. Just think, with your intrepid nature you could show other kids how to do things on the Mac.

How do we add sound effects to certain objects

That's something that you'd have to do inside a movie, you can't make a sound effect go off right when for instance an explosion happen, you couldn't add an effect to go off right then, sorry to say...
