No no no...Panic! weren't in Cologne on 19th :(
Me and my friend were there.Yes it was a Decaydance concert but only with Fall out boy,The Academy Is... and Cobra Starship. i hope Panic! were there,too. I think its sad that panic were in paris 2 days later and not in Cologne... =(

The camera kept shutting off, and it could only film a total of 5 minutes...
