No Mr Sparling was not onboard. If you look closely my friend is talking to the captain of this DC-3.

Just great. Sad that Air North got rid of these oldtimers, which had the most attractive paint scheme ever, and operates only Avro 748 and 737 now.
Is the captain in the movie Mr Sparling by any chance?
