I hope you'll get even better :-) I recommend that you only stick to 3Ds Max if you want to work in the gaming industry, otherwise you might want to try and learn Maya and Softimage as well...
Okay here's the story without wanting to bore you:
I am using 3D software since 2002, but I wouldn't call that animation what I did before 2005.
In 2005 I was very fortunate to come into one of the very few german character animation studios where I, guided by some very talented Animators, was able to more or less teach myself animation.
But I also had to learn Lighting and Rendering, which is, I think, by far more tedious :-)
could anyone help me also to learn 3ds max, coz i want to make my character into real,,,, plzzzzzzzz

@89ke0sh
Sure, first you learn the software, there are great many tutorial on the web, for example at creativecrash(dot)com
After that you should buy at least these books on animation:
- The animators survivial Kit by Richard Williams and
- The Illusion of Life by Frank Tomas and Ollie Johnston
there are more, but I consider these to be the most important.
and then practice, practice, practice
Good Luck!

Well thank you. It's always good to know that one is loved. :-) And I think it might be something around 3 years?
