It´s pretty obvious that those panels will grossly underperform. Next time try Unisolar (a-Si) products, which are more suitable for low light, performs in shade and are ofcourse flexible. Unisolar will provide better LCOE and less weight. It´s common mistake that people think all solar techs. are the same, they couldn´t be more wrong. Lastly forget about panels efficiency and think how much power each system will provide over lifetime and you will be positively surprise.
