thank you. very informative and straight forward on the 20 year warranty and being a american u.s.a. brand. no more expensive overseas shipping rate. and who knows if that overseas wrranty is solidly honored. they can even say that the kind of damage is not covered. a friend of mine had the problem where she was charged $375 for the labor and cost her $150 to ship her machine to japan. so again, thank you mark
