i have the same exact player but with 2gig. the eq is your sound equalizer such settings as rock, pop, classic and flat. its actualy a great player. i end up crushing two 30gig mp3 player screens at work. so i got this one and has taken many hits. last 10 strait hours on battery.

Haha.. I Got one, the box said it's supposed to hold 500 songs, bullshit. Mine only holds about 189 songs. lol It's cool. I got mine for 30 dollars at a Family Dollar store.. haha.

3-5 mb's. My whole music folder is about two gigs. I think I mistaken the file size capacity of the thing for it's flash memory. It's still a good little mp3 player for 30 bucks. ^^
