So managers are not making stupid decisions and it's all about those %19 percent disengaged employees. Cool stuff.. I think it's to easy to talk about this and that after earn some money and buy a nice suit. It's not that hard to guess your audience. They are probably those who are standing at the top of all these stupid decisions or the ones who wants to learn how to be a Pollyanna or cringe to their managers.
I have my mastermind group reading "Engaged Leadership" right now-- and loving it-- very good stuff....can't wait to get them into his next book... "Living for the Weekend"
