hey guys ive got logic express 9 im new to this theres no sound coming from my keyboard its connected the lights flashing and im pretty sure its reading it on logic as when i press a key numbers change on the bottom PLEASE HELP

@poorestrichman well its realll reallllly simple to use this controller..

just connect the controller and boom it should be working. the keyand number showing on the bottom of logic is indicating which note you are pressin. only problem i see here is that you must not have an instrument setup. this is a controller not a synth.

I like how everyone says that its so "plug N play" when I plugged mine in & nothing happens (trying to find a solution now). WHAT PROGRAMS are you using to even GET synth & drum sounds in the FIRST place?

@MarcusDarling4026 You need a program to make use of it.  It's a midi controller. Something like Logic Pro, or Cubase, or Ableton Live, or any other DAW will work.

Oh THAT I get-

I'm using Sony Acid & Ableton separately. MY hangup is that once its open & it plays, but I can't seem to get lucid control over nor cooperation when I not to lay tracks, ESPECIALLY not what was demoed THERE. I'm like "what is it that I'm not doing that NO ONE will even delve into to explain?"

Everyone on these Youtube tuts breaks it open, plugs it in & just magically starts recording layers of stuff right there. I follow suit & get no results- ???
