This song created just a completely different atmosphere in that portion of the game than from the first world map theme.

The portion where this song plays during the world map gave the game a depressing tone for the remainder.

Awesome song. Also, Hojo was indeed Sephiroth's father, and Lucretia his mother. Jenova cells were, however, introduced into the mix very early, and IMHO I think Sephiroth was probably a test tube baby. I mean, come on, I think the only thing that would give Hojo a boner is science anyway, so...I'm guessing artificial insemination, then Jenova cell introduction into the early embryo, then implantation. That would make the fact Sephy was "produced" make a lot more sense anyway.

lucrecia is seph mother but seph thinks that jenova the parasite from space that crashed on the planet years ago is his mother. hojo is saposely seph father but i think thats a load of shit. i think lucrecia was pregent after she broke it off with vincent and didnt know till she was with hojo later on and thought it was his kid but thats just my opinion.

Of course Lucrecia is Seph's mother, but he knows what Shinra (wasnt it Hojo alone?) made of him, so he's more drawn to Jeny, that made him the creature he is with all his rage and hate and everything.

Still he's pretty stupid. Why won'T he just go and get Hojo than.... all the rest of the world EXCEPT Hojo?! Does that make any sense?

@KLeiNeFuZZLe If i found out someone like Hojo was my real father...i'd probably lose it as well. Hell, the guys pretty much the cause of every damned horrible thing in the compilation of 7, i know i wouldn't even want to be a distant relative to the guy.
