  • F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C.O.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • FUCKIN OUTSTANDING

  • wow!

  • Just so great. I attempted a cover on a Korg x3 after watching this, but trying to play chord pad and the mad two octave melody with separate hands made my brain shrivel to the size of a faberge egg. Well played!

  • This is excellent. I am learning to play Axel F from you, and I hope to learn this song from your playing pattern too.

  • Is that an Alpha Juno in the foreground?

  • that's right!

  • Awesome cover....And you're hella cute!

  • WELL DONE!!! Giorgio would be proud!!

  • you did a great job!!! keep up the good work. love your version of the song and the orignal too.

  • well, you're amazing! i hope i'll play my synths as well as you do! great one! five stars!!!

  • dude very nice just amazing , i play piano too but i wudnt play it this good u were born with talent man. this movie is amazing but the theme is 100 times better

  • watching you play, hearing you play....combined is probably one of the most sensual things I have ever gone through on youtube.I'm an aspiring singer myself so watching you get into your music and play, passionately, one of my all time dance favorites....all I can say is yum, yum, yum.

    happy new year darling.

    princess p

  • Thank you for the flattering comment :P

  • This is great.

  • You definitely mastered that song! Outstanding job!

  • simply cool...

  • you are a facking batty mate lol

  • beatifull (L)

I love this song and film

  • wow!!! you rock!!! rock on!!!!!

  • complimenti molto bravo ciao...

  • Hi hope this is ironic.. :D The only thing I did was to record the live playing on my pc and then add the track with all the sequenced bit.. I think the final result is much better than hearing the whole thing through the webcam microphone ;-)

In any case I have kept the original webcam recording with crappy audio..

  • eehhh.... if you hate this movie... why do you watch it then???

  • Fucking Great!! ^^,

  • Somewhere, Mr. Moroder is smiling! :) *****

  • Sensational. Closest to the original I have ever heard.

  • Not bad!

  • Loved It*************

  • Loved It*************

  • Great job now i need a cosmo

  • sounds perfect except one small spot..but i dont think i could do much better..some of the parts i think need to be adjusted manually to the volume...neat set up you have as well...my dad at one pooint had 2 arp 2600's what a pain they were! but they did make some very wonderful sounds...people have NO idea just how hard synth music was in the beginng..i et annoyewhne eople think it was push of a button..push a button. turn a knob...set the pitch...dont forget your white and pink noise!lol

  • Beautiful Bobby and Sweet Stan...The Midnight Express!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

  • Not to mention George Noory and Coast to Coast!

  • Lover Boy Dennis Condry and Beautiful Bobby were the first Midnight Express

  • i know...but their version was a little faster and more high pitch...this version suits the version of the MNE w/ Stan Lane

  • just making sure that someone out there knows that Stan Lane was not an original

  • true..but neither was Bobby Eaton..he was in the second version..the original version was "Loverboy" Dennis Condrey, "Ravishing" Randy Rose, and Norvell Austin

  • your are awesome man, great! job

  • Great Remake!

  • Great job, it sounds better like original version, I love it played on keyboard. Maybe you can play Mc Gyver, it'd be great too.

  • John really good work man..

  • love to love you, baby

  • you rule.

  • The coolest part is fixing ya hair with one hand while playing with other hand. Classic!

  • Nice remake!! But is it playback for making the video? Sound and video aren't in sync.

Who cares..I got a homestudio of my and can't play shit.haha greetings from holland

  • The pad sound and the main theme are played live.

  • Nice, i was trying to figure out the chords of the intro pad the other day... i've just using some generic pad and adding tons of chorus to hide the fact that it's wrong when i play it lol

  • very very very nice work man!!!

  • Excellent, very close to the original. I've seen your axelF too, you've got great keyboard skills! I've just made a version of the chase too, but I don't know how too get the sound directly to the image, camera mike sounds crap. What system do you use? And keep up the good work, great to see other people enjoying classic synth tracks

  • Impressive. You've got some talent frydchde88. Keep up the good work.

  • Hi John, great tune and well played!! i've seen your axel f too so I know you really play those keys. I've just done that chase theme on my own synths, turned out a bit "dancy" !

  • AWESOME, John!!!

  • hey John Great work mate.

You are way too young to remember when this was all the "rage" in the clubs. what r the synths etc u use...cheers from South Australia...where r u ?

  • Yes.. i was born 10 years later this song was published.. so I can't remember those times..! The synths that i use are the microKORG and the Roland Alpha Juno 2. Greetings from near Milan!

  • besides the two keyboards including the old but great sounding roland, what mixers, recorders and or drum machines are in use? Hey could u do the "Original Dr Who" theme...just a thought cheers

  • we r not stupid.

there is a music being played in the background

u r not really playing it

  • You are wrong.. I play the main synth part + the pad part in real time.. the bass and the drums are sequenced.. so those are actually played in the background.. I only have 2 hands, so I can't possibly play everything in real time!

  • i know

    im joking lol!

  • ok :D :D :D

  • nice work! just a few errors but really well played.

ps. may u send me baby blue lyric or post it on ur video? thx

  • I've posted the lyrics in the video info of Baby Blue ;)

  • Giorgio moroder junior ^^

  • Sounds great!Very well played!

  • Well done!!

  • FANTASTIC...

  • Very nice!

I love this theme, and your rendition is great!

  • Sweet! :D

  • art bell!!!!!!!

  • I remembered the first time hearing this, was when NBA Basketball was on CBS, and when they would give you highlights of other Basketball Games, they would play this song, in the process.

Back when the Seattle Supersonics were the "Team of Power", 1979.

  • Sounds Great! Good Job! I love Giorgio Moroder's Music.

  • i loooooooooooooooooooooooove ! very good game !

  • Very nice :) Really close to the original. Therefore using sequenced drums and bass makes this song really easier to play. But good job, sounds fit the original !

  • Awesome! :D
