he finishes off the trick by making a one handed fan with the top half of the deck and plushing the top card of the bottom deck, which is supposed to be the 7 of hearts but replaced by the extra card, into the fanned top half and gives it to the guy at 2:09 to distract him. then at the same time he moves the bottom half to his mouth and places the top card which is 7 of hearts into his mouth
