is it just me or does it seem like he was set up? visiting his estranged wife and getting beaten half to death with a baseball bat right on her doorstep at a time his ex knew he'd be there... all to steal his wallet and a chain?? it doesn't add up to me... and looking at the attack it almost seemed personal, or professional even... seems to me like someone wanted him dead "a woman scorned" perhaps???

They wanted him dead, no doubt. Just show that you can never be too careful going from place to place. Carrying a gun may help if you know how to use it and you are mentally and emotionally willing to use it when attack comes.
