  • I know for sure that the Iron Ore trains in Australia is the longest trains in the world this is bullshit..FYI

  • 2 engines carring all of that. That train is like 5 to 6 miles in length

  • absolutley fake did you see the pick up truck in the gas station the brown pick up hold watsh it and you will see !!!

  • @evelin9007 so true,,plus u can hear the locos over and over again

  • I sad for the back carriage. It is lonely.

  • it seems pretty wrong, the longest train is in australia???

  • @kekedog in australia is the longest road train.

  • @jucano but australia holds the record for the longest train EVER. it took 5 diesels to pull a few hundred ore transporters

  • this is fake

  • nice (con) job :)

  • all glory is same ;DDD

  • fail :DD

  • Nice loop

  • so real you almost believe it

Well Done l enjoyed the prank :-)

  • 657 vagons

  • I remember when that Couche-Tard on Elm was still a Provi-Soir,

  • Fake as hell

  • That's a strong pair of SD40-2's there Lance! ;) Great editing job!

  • Ahh...Montreal.

  • Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • Waste of ma mutha fcukin time!

  • haha so fake, good try lance.

  • Crap

  • it is Edited. bullshit

  • how can you spend time maiking this shit.... how can you put shit like this on youtube

  • Im glad im not the only one seeing the same pick up truck going to the smae place so many times

  • its well done but there are clues that this is a put on.

  • man youa re full of shit, i see that truck or van everytime the trailers appoach

  • fake

  • LOOPED. HAHAHA I Noticed when the trailers are coming in the frame there is always a truck (or van) on the left side (on the road) going in opposite direction

  • Diesel fuel being so high it makes sense for shippers and customers the rail keeps costs down. That make TOFC and containers the best way to move goods cross country.

  • Fake crap

  • how long was the train?

  • Must be repeating even though it doesn't look like it. I sense the same trailers when the loaded cars pass by BUSTED :P

  • FAKE

  • FAKE!!!!

Longest train in the world is 7km / 4 mi long, in Australia.

This little American train is only about 20 cars long and the film is quite well stitched ever 58 seconds. Could you next time try to fake a fairly long train instead? there are some in the US worth filming!

  • i would not want to sit at a train crossing with this going by.

  • One time I sat at a train crossing for 45 minutes. That was the longest train ever... It was where 59th Avenue, Grand Avenue, the US 60, and Glendale Avenue intersect in Glendale, Arizona. So, you can imagine how many miles traffic was backed up.

  • Oh my god! 635 bogies!!! :O

  • this video is an issue for many reasons: 1 - Two locomotives can pull 50 cars up to 2 - Notice that the cars with the trucks always recur in the same position; 3 When the trucks come with cars, always the same cars passing in the street beside the railway. Only suckers watch even until the end and are still counting how many cars have this train.

  • Nice Splicing job at Beaconsfield station, QC, Canada.

  • No way two engines pull that string.

  • only one train is the longest on this planet would be the BHP Billiton iron ore train. Here in Australia.

  • @LanceCampeau i have to agree with BNSF9370 its kinda of a long train with half of the cars being empty get something better then trailer trains like autoracks or frieght trains!

  • rubbish,,,,,

  • grat video man!! i know its a trick but good editing(this is for the a**** that leave negativge comment)

  • i fell asleep to this

  • lol it's just repeating. i noticed the cars in the backround just vanished all of a sudden

  • too fast to be that long

  • @LanceCampeau I like some of your other work. I just dont like this one.

  • notice how about a mintut or two in the same carse roll by twice, then three times. For ten minuts this guy made himself feel sneeky. wonder howmany fell for it!?

  • Yeah bro! It would be the longest train ever if it were real. The video is running over and over again. Two SD40-2s will never have the honor of pulling the worlds longest train. You'd have to go to Australia for that one. The longest train was pulled by 8 BHP AC6000CWs.

  • @8747csx I like that u kno this lol!!!

  • The most longest train in world have 500 vagons ^^

  • Why do they have so many truck trailers on trains in the usa? i have never seen a truck-trailer that was on European railways?

  • @fsxnoob

The CP "Express" train is a regular run done every day here in Canada. Because of the long distances between major cities it is cheaper to run trains full of trailers then to have individual trucks covering the same distance.

  • @LanceCampeau lol whats with the red sky?

  • @fsxnoob i hope u realise this is Fake as can be, even an empty train like this would need DPUs sumwhere about 3 to 5 min. in... and notice how about a mintut or two in the same carse roll by twice, then three times, then for ten minuts this guy made himself feel sneeky. wonder howmany fell for it!?

  • @fsxnoob It's called TOFC (Trailer on Flat Car). It's also used to avoid congestion in big cities like Chicago.

  • @fsxnoob because europe is quite small,it is not necessary except russia...

  • @fsxnoob Austria does train transfer for trucks going across country ;) and eurotunnel carries trucks on train as well. They aslo do it in Switzerland, Germany and France but at small scale. There is plan to launch "trucks train" in Poland for all heavy traffic going east to Russia. ;)

  • Hmmm...i seem to notice the same Intermodal loop over and over again. Nahhhh.....probably just a coincidence.....

  • Fake, watch the traffic in the background. It's VERY well synchronized!

  • this is replayed :(

  • In your dreams.

The Aussie iron ore trains, hold the record.

The offical Guinness book of records holder, is BHP Billitons 2001 effort.

Consisting of 8 6000 hp locos [spread in pairs thoughout the train], 682 wagons, 7.35 kilometers long and 99,732 metric tonnes in weight.

The pairs of locomotives were spaced about every 150 cars apart.

  • i seen it edited at the 2:17

  • It's a fake. The truck trailers are all the same, in the same order everytime. Nice try though. lol

  • longest train in history of history

  • get a life

  • Very funny,

  • Holy Cow !

    That's a long train

    Oh, I miss Beaconsfield !

  • I counted 617 cars ;)

Yes, I have no life haha

  • I recongnized the same vans couples of time, very nice looping job....

Could be like more real with some DPU engines..

  • I like the editing technique, but...it needs some tweaks. ; ) Actually, BHP Billiton Iron Ore (Australian Outback, Pilbara) ran the longest train on record, an ore train at 7.353 kilometers, weighing in at 99, 734 tonnes...all pulled by AC6000s! (It was a test train, but, still the longest on record to date.)

  • Ha! I found the first seam! At 1:16, lol! Sorry Lance :)

  • @andrewmorrison85

    busted!

  • @LanceCampeau You truly did do a fantastic job. I could not even see the seam over the actual train, it was those pesky trees blowing, they gave it away. If the winds were calm it would have been impossible to tell! Very cool & great job!

  • @andrewmorrison85 Actually, no. The first seam is at 0:20. These are articulated flatcars, so the cars themselves can't be considered "individual cars," because they do not have two sets of trucks that belong exclusively to the one car. Instead, each flatcar is a "unit," which, when put together make up a "car." The split between cars is determined when there are 2 trucks in a row, which can also be said as, "2 trucks between the beds of each unit." Hope this cleared things up!

  • Very, very nice editing. I will say nothing more. ;)

  • Your video is so awesome. I'm watching this video completely until the end.

    Amazing.

  • Pretty good loop there, eh. I tried to find the seam, but couldn't. Yes, I stuck it out to the end. ;-) Please don't do that again. lol

  • No way in hell two sd40's could have pulled that train but is was still cool.

  • I see what you did there, Lance. :D

Nice vid, how I wish the Expressway was this long...

  • well Lance I stopped counting after 400 there is just no way that would happen.

some how you have made it look that way but no I don't believe it.

working on the railway for all my years its not real sorry.

  • gotta love canada :D

  • Edited?

  • @coolguy676

    ;)

  • @LanceCampeau lol, still nice video. Btw that Rail Fan Jam sounds good, wont be able to make it.
