Being a Street fighter fan, I gotta say that Tekken does have a compelling storyline. As for the gameplay, I don't think it is anything unusual or unique. But damn, Tekken is so gritty. Perfect them for a fighting game.

Hey that is cool to hear your opinion. But I think Tekken 6 was just made in retaliation to Street Fighter 4. I don't think Namco should have neglected Tekken for 5 years until a sequel came out. I think it's all because of the merge with Bandai, something that really was a bad desicion.

Heihachi killed Kazuya's mother...Kazuya killed Eddy Gordo's parents (Eddy can also be obtained in this game)....every1 in Tekken 5 is after revenge...Yoshimitsu on Brian Fury....King on Craig Marduk....Hwoarang on Jin.....Asuka on Feng Wei....Nina and Anna...etc

I remember when kazuya was the star of tekken, the main focus of the game, he got his sweet ass revenge on daddy for killing his mother, and throwing him down a trench as boy, thinking he was dead! He came back, got his revenge, and took over his father's empire!

But Heihachi is no joke, fucker came in prt 2, to make sure he finished the job. Kazuya had 2 make a deal with the Devil for his soul, to kill Hachi. Hachi won, there is something to b said about someone who more evil then devil!

In T5DR, he flew to the demonic temople area? In T5, its the stage where everthing is red, and theres a gate and around it is a small stone stair case with little graves all over, wiith a fallen statue? And the moon that is so close to the stage. He woke up there like 2 months later, and survived.
