  • I AM 98-99% RAW (eat cashews and had a few olives that aren't raw) FOR ONLY 23 DAYS. I HAVE TO STAY RAW I HAVE SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES FROM ONLY EATING 10% RAW MOST OF MY LIFE.

  • Dude, ya gotta retox!!

  • @QSnarf THAT'S FUNNY ROFL, yeah Matt..you'd be retoxing lol. True story.

  • rubuild your level of toxins and pesticides and poisonous chemicals. You know, do what everybody else does, eat fast food and garbage. Then eventually die from cancer.

  • DONT MAKE FUN OF ME:( 95%

  • The only thing I think they could be rebuilding...and I'm surprised you didn't say it is..rebuilding toxins!!!

  • *sigh* I want pizza bagel bites :D

    ♥ Annusya ♥

  • My percentage of raw varies with the day. Sometimes 100%, sometimes 50%. Never really gotten to zero though. As long as it's all natural and organic, it's all sweet.

  • I'm seriously rofling right now!! haha these guys are crazy funny, so random

  • these two are like yin and yang :-( grr so annoying

  • I am 10% raw - and I feel like crap right now.

  • 100%

  • I first went on the diet in 1980 when I was diagnoised with Lukemia. In 3 months the Lukemia was gone. I ate all raw, no grains, no meat. Just raw vegies, raw nuts and seeds. Into my 3rd month I lost a lot of weight. I went from 100 lbs. (yes I ate a lot of food, I was always a skinny girl) to 85 lbs by the 4th month. Everyone told me to get off that diet that I was going to die. I stayed on the diet at the encouragement of Humbard Santillo and my weight came back up to 100 lbs.

  • @10gale That's really encouraging. I have a serious illness I'm trying to recover from through raw living. Are you still raw? THANKS!

  • I've seen plenty of Matt raves but this one really TICKS ME OFF! I am 1 month vegetarian and I am STRIVING for 100% raw. How many videos of Matt and Angela have we all seen where you recommend NOT doing a 100 % change??? I am really UPSET w/Matt. I know you don't care as you always make that plain in your videos as you air-brush off the people you upset but maybe you should quit judging others and get back to what I thought your main focus was ... educating. Really disappointed :(

  • 1% raw. Soon 100% :0

  • Now I've watched this video 3 times and each time I come to the conclusion that this video would've been better received if you'd stop freaking out and explain yourself more intelligently...

    Very off-putting...

  • Your alkalinity is making you so mellow that you both look and act half-asleep in all your videos. Even when ranting! =)

When considering a raw food diet, one should consider whether they want to look like Viktoras Kulvinskas eventually. Having sat across the table from him, and compared him to someone else at the table who eats a typical healthy diet, I'm afraid I was far more attracted to the second option. Just sayin. =/

  • When I first started on raw, some ex-raw fooders were also dogmatic about telling me their negative experiences with it. They really blasted me about it. What's up with all the emotion about food? I get to decide for myself what's healthy for me. Food is important. But it's also important to not look just to my diet to give me health and everything else I want.

  • Okay, i managed to listen to the rest of this. I was 100% raw for several months (including 2 quarts of green smoothie per day, thick as milkshakes with leafy greens from my garden as well as wild greens). I got to the point where i couldn't function past late afternoon (no energy left to even think). No, it was not detox. Once I started putting raw eggs in my smoothies and eating salmon (cooked!), I improved tremendously.

  • I couldn't listen to this past 2:00 minutes because of the intolerance and closed-mindedness I was hearing. Read about Weston Price's research. He studied isolated tribes throughout the world and found the ones who'd maintained their traditional diets (which varied widely, from lots of meat and dairy to lots of fruit, vegs, and grains) were extremely healthy. The health of those who'd adopted a Western diet of processed foods had degenerated. I've given up on all-raw. Not good for for me.

  • 90%

  • 60 percent raw ................you are both so right....hard sell to most humans but I admire you for trying...it is an evolution of the mind that will allow truths to be so evident....majority of humans will be unable to embrace the raw food diet because our culture promotes cooked, unhealthy foods and it is easier on some levels ....of course raw is the best way, so natural,, so obvious

  • Why didn't Angela get to sing?

  • Next year 110%! ;)

  • 80% Raw

  • If being on a raw food diet will turn me into people like you.. I'm doing something right.. By not being on it.. Thx and enjoy being a 1/2 percent of the population.. You know who else is 1/2 percent of the population? Paranoid schizophrenics.

  • I totally agree with your perspective on rebuilding. I have one question though. When you say what percentage raw do you eat, do you mean by caloric intake or by visual volume? Most people throw these percentages around not knowing what they're talking about. In my opinion the only way to know what percentage of your diet are raw foods, is by taking the time to calculate the total usable calories (minus the peels, pits and such) of your average day's food intake.

  • 90%

  • I'm only about 70 percent raw at the moment because I'm away at my small college, in a small town. I eat cooked beans instead of Ramen. I'm moving towards sprouting, though.

  • 1 milllion percent raw

  • 1 milllion percent raw lol 5,000 people did watch this video

  • Maybe you should rebuild your thought and decision making processes....

Tom Cruise's doppelganger rents a nice ceiling... P.s- crack some booksyou wipe!

  • 100% 1.5 years and people want me to start rebuilding just so they can stopp having a bad concionce about what theyre eating because if raw food really works they have to rethink their way of life fear is poerfull !!

  • Calm down bro ...

  • Breatharian / 2 hours ... feel super-balanced. Best thing I've done.

  • HOW WOULD YOU DETOX FROM TAKING AYDA CLARITY???

  • I don't really understand why you take something, and turn it into another. For instance, food is something that humans eat to stay alive. You should try to eat healthy because it's good for you. Okay, I get all of that, but why turn it into a lifestyle and revolve your entire life around it? I mean....why can't you just eat healthy and leave it at that? To each their own I gues.....but it kinda seems like overkill....but if you are happy whatever

  • I'm probably 98-99% raw and have been for three years. I can't be 100% certain if everything I eat is raw because some of the food or supplements I ingest may have ingredients that were heated above 118 degrees Fahrenheit. Something may say raw on the package but sometimes labels aren't exactly truthful (raw cashews are deceiving). Most of the stuff I ingest consists of raw veg and fruit, so I'm sure 1-2% is enough "room for error". I'm pretty young and hope to be raw for the rest of my life.

  • oh, sorry 100% - 2 years, thanks x

  • 100% - however I'm getting on great with 811 - did not succeed with raw food diet full of fats and supps - simple works best for me - load and loads of carbs from fresh fruits - thanks for vids x

  • 0%. I came here looking for encouragement to change to a healthier way of life. I'm a little bit scared now.

  • rebuild the fact that your body is wasting away... sorry but matt looks dry and weak. not trying to be rude but seeing this assures me that my fruit, veg, raw milk, butter, seafoods, animal fats/protein etc. is what makes me feel the best I ever have.

  • WOW. Love your show, but isn't it about encouraging health by eating more raw foods, rather than ostracizing people if they eat something else once in a while? There's something to be said about balance, if it feels right to eat fish sometimes, or a bit of cheese once in a while - that's ok. I find this video too harsh. I believe in the healing powers of raw food, yet by rolling your eyes/yelling because someone eats a piece of white bread - I feel that's judgemental & unsupportive.

  • you know I love you guys...but raw doesn't work for everyone. I just don't get enough protein. And have any of you two ever tried to do raw long time without those expensive high quality foods you take that are not available everywhere, like royal jelly or superfoods or metabolic enzymes etc etc. I've traveled to Serbia and held talks on raw food and when people ask me what to replace avocado with?? coconuts? no raw nuts. come on. if u don't live in a sunny place it's only good for a while.

  • 25% ish...

  • about 75% currently.

I think a huge part of not being 100% for us is finding recipes as silly as that sounds. Any help with combinations of practical foods from the market or things we can grow at home in the desert would be a blessing!

  • Rebuild your sanity.

    ; )

  • Matt, why are you yelling at us? lol

  • 80% Raw some fish

  • you can start by clearing your emotional (reactive) body ... just check out how much energy it takes to communicate a completely simple concept ... how you use your energy is as important as the source of your energy ...

  • I think they were 100% high when they made this one.

  • @kinoglaza but that would create toxins like cooked food lol

  • I have no idea. I now have started purchasing all of my edibles from whole foods grocery store. and for the mornings subway breakfast. ok I guess it is 0%.

I have not learned how to eat properly. I am afraid that I will create a more deficient diet by restricting the types of foods I eat. I do have a omega juicer (the slow one) and did that for one month. ( morning glass 32oz of carrots, apples, kale, celery, and wheat grass. But it did not full me for long. Peed a lot.

  • I was 100% for two years, now I've been eating about 90%-95% for about a year. Not to "rebuild", just out of convenience.

  • I had my 1st colonics and wow!!! I loved how I felt after!!!

  • 70% raw for me

  • "the way around this is to cleanse the colon" LOL. Can't say I didn't see that coming :)

  • 2 years 85% 2days 100% It's hard!! Thanks for the incouraging video. :)

  • At 57 I got psoriasis all over my head. I tried raw vegan yet after 2 months it was no better. I have just completed 4 1/2 weeks on the "Raw Milk" which I consumed 4 qts. of raw milk, 1 qt of raw milk keefer and a little raw cheese a day. I felt fine, got over 2400 calories and had lots of energy. The psoriasis is now 60% healed and I will be merging into the "GAPS DIET" to continue healing my leaky gut which let into my body the toxins which caused my psoriasis. GAPS diet can also cure autism

  • 50 percent and struggling with raw food, I hope to over come that.

  • 20% Raw and increasing daily. Being full of the Flu three weeks in hasn't been helping. Peace and Love you two!

  • I would say I eat somewhere between 80-100% raw on any given day. I would never say I am 100% raw unless I was consistent with it for sometime (like a few months), I usually only go about 2 weeks 100% raw at a time.

  • 100 % raw! And it's amazing. NEVER felt any healthier even with detox symptoms haha

  • Why did this get so many dislikes...

  • I am NOT a raw foodist. I eat between 50% and 70% raw food - no gourmet raw foods...salads, fruit meals and also daily juicing. The results have been AMAZING! The rest of my diet is steamed vegetables, vegetable stews. I also eat occasional organic chicken and wild caught fish and I really mean occasional. No processed foods, sugar cravings gone...definately not "white bread" - Peace.

  • Wow, Matt looks like a cross between Robert Plant and the lead singer of Rush...sorta. Angela could be Angelina Jolie's sister...she has her smile. Like the show. Peace.

  • This is silly. Is this a competition? Who cares, you should be promoting healthy people and healthy living... RAW is not the only healthy way to live. I understand your passion, because that statement that you need to rebuild is downright silly. HOWEVER...you can be healthy as an ox being 10% raw your whole life. I'm probably 70% raw, but...someone who is 10% raw can be just as healthy. There is no absolute in life.

  • @amusingisthedawn I totally agree with you on this!...

    It's not a "I'm-'rawer'-than-you' type of thing...

Who cares whether people are 100% raw or 50% raw?

On the other side, I totally understand that the whole 'rebuilding' thing is sort of silly since you're giving the body the nutrition it needs in order to run optimumly...

Sorry, but the video was just annoying to watch, though I like most of your other videos...

  • @amusingisthedawn I disagree that someone can eat 10% raw and be healthy, maybe while they are very young but as they age they WILL develop disease.

  • @TheGraceofChrist Ridiculous! Life is soooo much more than just what type of food you eat. Explain the people that eat steak and smoke and live to 90...there is NO ONE ANSWER to living healthy.

  • I'm upping my raw intake, probably somewhere between 60-80%. This past week, I've been maintaining at 80%. I feel really good, actually. Going 100% is impossible for me; my mom already has told me I should go to psychiatry because of being into it in the first place... The cooked food I eat is usually cooked veggies, maple syrup/molasses/other healthy additives that aren't raw, and some beans and whole grains, like quinoa, brown rice, etc.

It's been months since I've eaten bread.

  • I LOve you guys

I'm 50% Raw in Canada wondering what raw foods are best for going through very cold winters.

    Thanks for your Show!

  • So I went from 100% raw to 90% raw because I was really looking like a skeleton no matter how much raw food I ate....tons of avocados per day. All I had to do was add in some steamed vegetables and potatoes, and now I can keep my weight at about 100 to 105 pounds and not look completely gaunt. That's the only reason I added the cooked veggies. I felt amazing eating 100% raw. I think some people have to get bone thin and then their body starts to rebuild. I didn't want to be that thin then

  • I am now 90% raw, because I randomly eat some steamed vegetables such as squash, zucchini, mushrooms, butternut squash, sweet potato, purple potatoes, turnips, taro root, asparagus, green beans, etc.....no oils added and only seasoned with sea salt. Very seldom do I eat some plain basmati rice. Other than that it's all big bowls of kale or romaine salads with lots of avocados, cucumbers, tomatoes, dulse, and some ripe seasonal fresh fruits.

  • I was 100% raw for 10 months, then as I kept losing weight no matter how many avocados I was eating....below 97 pounds. I experimented with beans, rice and tofu, and all of those foods made me feel terrible. I found that the only cooked foods I could even tolerate were boiled or steamed vegetables and potatoes. I don't eat nuts because they make me feel terrible even soaked and sprouted. Eat what makes me feel healthy is my finding. Matt, I don't know how u eat so much nut butter!

  • I just posted a video response to you guys. Are you going to approve it?

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Probably no because your video makes him look stupid for having a flip out. I used to be a subscriber but all he does is preach about how his lifestyle is better

  • @Phatsexcredzz08 Yeah, I realize that, all I'm asking for is a bit of open dialogue. People who aren't coming from a place of logic or science never approve my video responses because they can't back up their wild claims.

  • I'm 45% raw (on a whole foods diet). I was 100% raw for 5 months and couldn't continue any longer cause I felt like crap. Now I know that its because I didn't clean my colon, get colonics- I live with my family though and they wouldn't approve of me getting colonics- so I'll have to wait till I live by myself, plus getting a colonic seems kind of scary and embarassing-

  • On a good day I'm about 60% raw. Most days I'd have to say about 45%. But in the past three years my garden has expanded and my waistline has decreased a boodle!!! I doubt I'll ever be 100% raw because I love my teas too much. :-P

  • I think this concept comes from people who aren't on a raw food diet that is SUITABLE for them.

This can happen to people that try to think to much instead of listening to what their body tells them.

So since they aren't giving their body what its asking for, they start craving less healthy foods to get what they want.

But that doesn't tend to work out.

Just follow NATURE and LISTEN TO YOU BODY!!

    ~*~

    100%, 90% raw eating 1 food at a time

  • how's that good old b-12 doing? im 0% raw for 19 years now just because i like furry four legged animals and cooking my food over the most epic invetion ever devised by man..... fire (i also enjoy good cheese way to much to give dairy up)

i love the raw food idea i love all the little gizmos you gut get as a result (like the nut butter stone grinder, absolutely in love with thatXD) i just cant do it my palet has been wired, ive been eating deer meet since i was 5 weeks old and im not stoping now

  • @marcuspinson Look, raw food is a good idea, and it works to some extent. There are components in meat that we actually need as we are growing up. I say eat the deer and other wild meat till your about 18 or so, then switch to a mostly vegetarian diet, and as you get older ease your way into a vegan and mostly raw diet. We do need meat, but not our whole lives. And a kosher hot dog on the 4th of July, or a piece of fish once in awhile is not going to hurt you.

  • @FADFaeb im 19 and im fine with my diet i like to be adventurous with my eating habits and always will be so let me put it in more understandable terms

"Im not going raw or vegan, i like the idea, but im not going to do it", understand?

  • @marcuspinson of course! You should never do something you're not comfortable doing. I was merely stating that it's clinically proven that we do need to eat meat for proper development, however, as we get older, we do not have to, and are able to gradually stop. However, it's not to say that you have to.

  • @FADFaeb simply clarifying

  • is that rawmatt???

  • I think you guys are obsessed with raw foods. Dr. Kouchakoff found that eating an approximate 50-50 ratio (50 percent raw foods to 50% cooked foods) could also prevent leukocytosis. You don't need to go cold turkey on cooking or eating hot food entirely. You can still eat cooked foods, but you just need to balance them with some raw. Whenever you do eat cooked foods just eat some raw foods with it. Now doesn't that make everyone feel a whole lot better. :)

  • 90 % for 3 years, coming more and more into it...

  • 100% with 1 small blip , the last 6 months :) eating simply and not overeating which i feel way better doing :)

  • LOL 80%

  • 100%

  • 95% with raw eggs and fish once every week or two

  • You need to rebuild your voice cause it got too high ;P

Is Angela this girl who lost lots of weight or am i confusing her with someone else

  • Hmmm. Raw food for thought ;) initially I began watching you guys because I was detoxing and eating raw last year (percentages are crazy to me...are we in a math class?). I was inspired by Angela as I was drawn to raw more for the spiritual reasons. Seeing her grow so much in heart is what reminds me to eat cleaner. Matt's melodrama about everything vs. Her grounded calm is entertaining. If It wasn't for her i'd just believe all raw foodists have bi polar disorder. Lack of fat perhaps?

  • First i'd like to say that numbers are NEVER a good way to define oneself. whether its a weight or a percentage or an IQ or anything! lol :) I learned that the hard way. However, i guess i'd say that i was 99.9% raw. i only eat raw fruits and veggies. i dont do anything dehydrated nor do i eat nuts. i will have raw seeds on occasion. i dont do oils. the closest thing to "non-raw" foods i eat would be teas that i drink. i never eat gourmet raw foods either. like the ones u find at restaurants.

  • @Le5hitbag just think of all that dough inside of you, all sticky and gloopy and gross like one big squidgy ball of gluey paste, *zappizza* the smell from your mind.

  • @smurfieboo HAHA, yes.

  • 90% raw fruits and veggies 10% steamed veggies here

  • 65% and counting for 6 weeks, going raw is sooooo hard but just by increasing raw foods and cutting out wheat and grains I feel better than I have probably felt my whole adult life.

  • Cause trouble Matt!!! ha-ha You and Angela hilarious and truth tellers keep it coming.

I've been Raw 9+years/99.9999% accounting for questionable dehydrated purchased snacks and hot teas ha-ha.

I love my raw vegan food lifestyle and yep no issues. Now to be fair at the beginning I struggled a bit because my previous diet was a hot mess etc.

I will never, unless I'm forced against my will, get off the 100% raw food diet. It is the healthy living truth for my body.

  • 100% raw omnivore

  • 99% raw here!

  • 85% :)

  • 98% raw for 2 days! tee-hee :)

  • Am currently in my 10th month 100% raw, and I love it! Mostly fruits & veggies, with minimal nuts, seeds, and fats. Before that, was 80% raw vegan for 4 years. Before going vegan was a 50-75% raw vegetarian since early 1970s. Lots of transition time!

  • You need to rebuild your hair. Message me your mailing address, and I'll send you a bottle of the hair serum I make from HealingHandsApothecary. com It's 100% raw. :) :) :) I really like your hair the way it is, but you'll really like this.

  • Who is saying this, honey and missus honey? Who? If it's mainstream clinicians, then phooey--they say all kinds of things that don't pertain to raw veg reality. There's no reason to get upset: that which is irrelevant is unimportant. Just do what works for you :)

  • 100% in days when i eat /drink real food:) then i have a days when i give into cravings and "work out my stuff" from outside in hahahaa... i've been high raw for 2 years even through wintertime here in Norway :) I became too skinny and decided to eat some raw cheese and cooked sweat potato, cream, ice-cream...Tried also (only once in funeral ) meat& bones broth and loved it.Socializing and traveling are pitfalls for me..so i aim to go back high raw again. Thanx for inspiration , love U both:)

  • 100% for 5 year. I love it and is work for me! did it over night after meeting my partner who had just started a Raw restaurant. As I say to most people, I love to eat this way or I would not do it, put me on a dessert Island and I would ask and beg for pollen and spirulina :) WHY, BECAUSE I LIVE TO EAT THIS WAY, IT REALLY REALLY WORKS FOR ME <3

  • Was something said about rebuilding? I missed it.

  • detoxing you use fruits and their sugars, and rebuilding you use protiens vegan based obviouslly duh lol

  • Hahaha, cute video! Matt, you're hilarious! :D

ca 70-80% raw over here in Norway! You guys are such an inspiration :)

  • i'd say maybe 5-10%. want to say i'm in denial but i know better.

  • 90% and am cutting out the 10% slowly, have been high raw for about a year now and can't imagine/have no desire to go back to a high cooked food diet. Also the only 'gourmet' food I eat is the occasional homemade cracker, kale chip and a carob 'yumpot'. I think I'm doing well as it's early days still and I live with someone who has no intention of embracing a vegan diet let alone raw!

  • 40ish %

  • 100% ten years

  • 30%... oh god, I am in denial...

  • 99 percent raw a 100 percent of the time...;)

  • I'm 50% Raw, hopefully by next year I will be nearing 100%. I am finally moving out of my mom's onto some property and I am saving up on seeds to make four 10x10 gardens for EVERYTHING. N I am going to build a heating mass and put my green house on top so I can have fresh veggies and fruits during the winter.

  • 50% and that is because I cannot afford it, it cost a lot and because of the economy I am out of work... everyone knows that the good food costs more.. :D

  • 95% raw. some things slip through, tamari, tahini, i don't fret about it.

  • 75% ish

  • 50-70% raw. More raw when I'm not socializing, less when I'm out and there are less options. I just started this adventure around April '11 so we'll see how it goes through the winter in Wisconsin. Hot food and soups are a strong temptation....

  • 85-90% raw (eat baked squash/sweet potatoes and steamed veg, the occasional chunk of dairy-free dark chocolate) Definitely no white bread.

you two crack me up haha

  • Haha! From what I've seen people who fail at the raw food diet tend to mix fruit and fat.... That is the worst thing you could do! You need to let one digest before you move on to the other. Mixing the two causes candida, diabetes and digestive issues. When I got onto the raw food diet I was constantly mixing those two food groups and my skin was breaking out non-stop and I had trouble with digestion. I stopped mixing them and I've never felt better! Yay! I'm 100%. Never going back. :)

  • 100% Frugivore FTW!!

  • 5% but would love to be a raw food person and shed the fat i have...maybe you could set up camps for people...I enjoy learning from you two...I mostly eat pizza and hot wings no water and mostly ginger ale...

  • @barbara5956 You dont need a camp. You obviously need the absolute will to become healthy - or is the psychological strain still not hard enough? You're on your own - nobody will ever come to rescue you. You only get help from above when you start helping yourself. But its on you now to do the first steps.

    God bless you

  • Maybe the toxins you got rid of... (I'm being a snark my bad ;o)

  • Who was talking about "rebuilding"?

  • 0 - 2% raw... yes, I know. I just dream 100% and that is why I subscribed.

  • You have to rebuild your toxicity.

  • I am now part of the Raw "A" Team. I have been Raw for 10 months now and have lost over 170 Lbs. I will never ever go back to the old way of living. I will stay Raw the rest of my life. I now know the truth. I have now seen the light. My body is responding in such a positive way. Matt I have documented my journey and I remain 100% Raw. My worst detox symptoms happened while on a 21 day water healing. I'm improving my health and rebuilding nothing. Your Friend Bill...Raw Food For My Life

  • Best rebuilding foods are animal products. People have been eating cooked animals for hundreds of thousandsof years. Raw veganism is a new idea completely and a total experiment.

  • 90

  • I've been 100% raw for almost 7 weeks!! It's no 5 years, but I'm sold now!! :)

  • Hi Matt and Angela. I don't know how people figure out the percentage thing. I eat some steamed vegetables a couple times a month and cooked quinoa once or twice a month. (Love quinoa and broccoli but not in their raw/sprouted forms.) Sometimes I use liquid stevia (not raw) and I'm not sure if the thai coconut paste I sometimes indulge in is raw. So 90% I guess? BTW- best "rebuilding" food- sprouts!!!!

  • 80 10 10, 100% raw vegan is the way to go

  • the two of us have been 75-95% raw for 3+ years. It would be 100% if we had more income. On what we make now, we have about $3.00 to spend each meal per person...in L.A. that doesn't buy a whole heck of a lot...but we have lost 60lbs and 70lbs respectively, doing mostly fruits and veggies supplemented by beans and rice. It only gets better-er and better-er! :-)

  • Still 95 % raw after 14 years...Just little tweaks here and there

  • LOL.....Your funny. I been raw for 14 years and for me I had to at year 10 go away from the rawfood gourmet stuff and lower my salt intake .....I felt so much better after I lowered fat intake... I ate more a lot more fruit and have been feeling great last 4 years.....I did struggle from year 8 to 10.Lowering fat help me.....

  • i suppose that was a confession so i would say i am 80 raw 20 unraw

  • Hi there,

I have been on a raw foods diet since March of this year. Right now, I am 95% raw. I have read a couple of books by Dr. Norman Walker and am starting on a Bernard Jensen book called Tissue Cleansing for Bowel Maintainance. I juice a lot and create salads based on Dr. Walker's recommendations. The only other non-raw food I consume is dairy, which is only a small bit of plain yogurt on my salads. I am looking for places around with raw cheese/milk selections.

  • you two are so cool and your right , i my self have fallen off , so uh. what to do . i need to bye in to the local organic co. op. but i cant bike that far so i been saving to purchase a scooter to make the journey ... so as Ive said i have fallen and am going back ... it is the best way to live...next is to hone my skills as raw food chef and move to a place that is more conducive with like minded people .... at least i have organic .... peace and love to all...tboi...

  • 70% for the past year or so with periods of 2 weeks 100%.

Started 100% for the last month, detox has been a bitch.

Long term the more fruit and veg and to lesser extent nuts and seeds I eat the better I feel.

Short of something catastrophic there is no turning back now.
