i wanna know more how the os performs... lagginess been improved ? touch responsiveness ? how quick opening apps ? keyboard accuracy ? yes we can see you flipping between screens, but be nice if you mention the overall os performance too... swithced to an iphone & a wp7, coz i'd had enough of androids lagginess, force-closes, freezes (most annoying when the keyboard, even a 3rd party keyboard stutters/freezes often), but seems am moving back to android ?

@sonisoe Performance is amazing. It's so smooth, and very responsive. Apps open about twice as fast as on my old Desire HD. They've definitely improved the overall performance and responsiveness with Android 4.0

@EHHNURGEE Background apps sit in memory, they don't use battery. For active apps just shut it down from in the app or go into it's settings and turn off the auto-update.

Great videos. One thing I'd like to see in a future vid.: Emergency call with face-unlock. In prior Android versions, pattern unlock was unusable for me, since it was WAY too easy to accidentally hit the emergency call button, which besides calling 911 (I'm in the U.S.), also immediately put the phone in emergency mode, which you had to get out of before you could make any non-emergency calls. Very annoying. I'm curious whether this is improved in ICS, specifically with Face Unlock.

When you showed the voice-to-text, the word that it got wrong, "been" was underlined in grey. Can you tap that word to get other suggestions? What about "google" which was underlined in red. I assume that is spelling (or in this case, capitalization) error. Is that tap-able? Thanks!
