OMG I HAVE THIS! That time I was too young and didnt know thats bootleg. But seriously it was fun, a good game. I give 8.5/10. and they already got the tag team battle system in that game for that time, even *real* pokemon's games havent come up with that idea yet during that era. But mine got a crack on the cassette from the very 1st time I bought it so they data always lost.

I actually fell for buying a very FAKE pokemon game. It was called Pokemon Diamond for the GBA. Holy CRAP that was a terrible game and totally not kid friendly WHICH it clamed to be. Really, the engrish isn't as terrible as it's made out to be. It's still understandable. Also, the monster follows you? Way to be ahead of the game. The concept of simply catching the monster when it faints makes much more sense than just leaving it there to die. The "weird words" you complain about are actually just names. When you ragequit at the end, you were simply mad about grinding? The thing that's in every Pokemon game ever created? Screw you, this looks an interesting game. TL:DR He mad

This is a hack of the game Telefang, which was only aviable in Japan. It is a great game, but this stupid, bad translated hack makes people think Telefang is stupid. It isn't! And ''E-monster'' is a translation for ''Denjuu'' which means Electric Monsters, and the mysterious word ''T-mildew'' or something like that means a trainer.

You know, this game really isn't as bad as everybody thinks. The Engrish makes the game more confusing than it should have been. For example, the real game doesn't call them "electric monsters," they call them "Denjuu" (which means electric monsters), which is more creative. And when it says "Caught the e-monster!", it SHOULD say something along the lines of "You defeated the enemy Denjuu!", which makes much more sense. Also, if the intro was PROPERLY translated, it would be less confusing...

I did come to understand the game, but it still wasn't anything too spectatular. After playing Pokemon for years, this version of a "collect and fight" style game just doesn't seem that great. I mean you defeat something and it's yours? That's all you have to do? True, I probably would have enjoyed this game more if it was translated with effort. Then again, there probably is a reason this never was officially released in the States...although I've heard the series had a GBA sequel in Japan =P
