Practice for the 2008 Pennsylvania 500

i was here, not on this day but i was there suday, it was my first race i went this year and i got a few aughtographs on saturday too bad it rained on friday, do most of them usually come to aughtograph ally on friday? thats what ive heard

yeah friday's their main day. during qualifying is the busiest. you'll catch a few of them during practice but when they're going out and waiting for their turn to qualify, that's when they show up the most often. sorry to hear you missed out this year :/

yah we were driving down from new york and rule number one, there is always construction so i didnt get to pennsylvania till almost 2 or 3

yeah i know all about that never-ending construction lol. im sure the bad weather didn't help..

yah it was like a downpur on and off especially on sunday then they called it untill monday and the minute they did it was beautiful outside

i remember seeing that. were you able to make it to the monday race?

yah we were gonna stay till monday anyway so we could wait to drive home till then but instead we just stayed and drove home after the race

oh ok, thats good. that was one of the best races ive seen at pocono in a long time too.

always go there during qualifying like he said thats the busiest time almost all the drivers stop there but u gotta get there early before the ppl with a box of cars hog the little opening from everyone else (assholes :D) im lucky i got an autograph from jeff gordon it was almost impossible

oh its not holes anymore, the first year i went it was but now they are metal bars like this l l l l l with a shelf running along the whole thing, its nicer then before, ik this person took the box i was at the first year and the minute he did an official came over and gave him a lugnut, grrrr i was mad

oh and have u ever seen the tire guy outside the track he sells tires that were used for 20 bucks :D

nice haha. and yeah HendrickFan, i was surprised how many autographs i got. I bought one of those checkered flags and got a bunch of them (including jeff gordon, whos my favorite) to sign, it was awesome cuz it was my first time in the garage/pit area. good to know they changed the setup for it too :)
