At around level 70 its 32k/h there from 51 youd get about 26k/h. 60= about 30k/h. Waterskins to survive but I would recomend doing contact to get the enchanted water tiara which allows you to have a invent full of waterskins, With every water rune you use to enchant it you can stay for about 3 minutes.

At level 55, mining mithril ore wouldnt be very good for xp, you'd get a lot more xp/h mining iron. Also each mithril ore is 80xp when mined.

The tiara is a enchanced water tiara, so you dont have to take waterskins, saving you invent space and makes you last longer. The amulet is so you can teleport to the quarry.
