Yeah, the blocker on the slope doesn't work with my version either. I found a way to save 98% relatively quicky:
Put a blocker on the right hand side of the ledge. Then make 3/4 bridges next to him up to the next level until all the lemmings are walking between the vertical wall and the blocker. Then use 3 bridges at the vertical wall to zigzag as high as you can. Climb up and build a bridge over the exit, wait for him to deflect and mine downwards just before he exits to the other lemmings.
I think your solution would be impossible with lem95 'cause the lemmings walk through the blocker when they drop too close to him... It makes the level harder ^^

Sadly this isn't possible in my version as they don't turn at the blocker - but thanks for the idea with mining.
