When the 4th quarter starts, my team goes to the sideline and surrounds the coach. Coach says "Everybody down"! We say "Hit" and get down. When our coach puts his hands up, we throw our hands in the air and scream "4th quarter" until coach blows the whistle. In practice we'll do the same thing, only it's at the end of practice, and when coach blows the whistle we take a knee.

break downs gotta be fast pase and hype not slow and dumb. for example my schools break down is the captians up front * BREAK DOWN! * everyone else * TECH! * (tech being i go to a tech school. do tht about 10 times really fast it has everyone going.
