After looking into this, looks like the DL9000 is a windows based scope. The Tektronix 4000 is not a windows scope. Doesn't look like they are comparing apples to apples. I looked at both their websites and for functionality they explain in the DL9000 you can get in any Tektronix windows scope. Looks like the same kind of poor marketing against the Agilent scope too. all I have to say is wow....
The DL9000 is a non Windows based scope (as is the newer DL6000 also from Yokogawa) and is competitively priced against the Tek scope
