@apocalist420 I believe i saw a doco on the effect of high stress environments, (war and famine), on yet unborn babies. Long term studies have shown that when they become adults they are statistically far more suseptable to heart disease, cancer and various other diseases. Perhaps this is what you are talking about.
What I object to is characters like this telling people they can achieve "superhealth", which the more rational exercise and diet gurus maintain is a fantasy. Check out Doug McGuff.
I have heard it all now. In the words of Arthur Jones, there is no such thing as super health.
A friend of mine who had lived a fairly healthy life had his first triple bypass at the age of 48. When he finally died at 56 he had outlived most of the men in his family. His lifespan was pretty much determined the moment he came out of the womb. When Tim VanOrden dies of natural causes in the genetically predetermined range of all the other men in his family, what will his followers say?
@apocalist420 I am all for eating healthy. Perhaps your previous lifestyle and diet were very bad.
Again I wish to point out that after watching many of TVO's clips it is apparent that he makes a plethora of inflated claims. Proceed with caution.
