  • Quick where's my fishing rod.

  • Heck you wouldn't need one. Could reach down and pick those suckers right up!!

  • I'm sure you had a death-grip on the camera the whole time you were next to the water...Haha!

Excellent pic quality and a cool place!!!

  • Thanks Tex...naaa not so much a death grip, had the strap around my wrist ... but ya I guess I had a pretty good grip on the cam..lol

  • Also i want to say the music was perfect majestic! Also what kind of fish are those? I couldn't tell, they where really neat. I like it when you share this kind of thing with us, I am learning, I am happy!

  • Thanks Steve...they are salmon. It is a hatchery we have here. I am pretty sure they are raised and released into Lake Huron. Glad you liked the music. Kind of surpriseing that people find my stuff interesting. I sometimes think...why am I posting this stuff...people wont be interested in it" So I am glad you like it. Take it easy bro.

  • Beautiful indeed bro. What are the render setting you are using Looks like 2:35:1 ?

  • Ya something like that Steve. Not exactly sure. Will have to look it up again ....will let ya know.

  • Wow Todd, what a great picture. I spent more on my camcorder than you did and mine doesnt touch that pic quality. I h

  • Funny how you dont get what you pay for sometimes eh Jim!! My old camera was not HD but it did make some half decent video.

  • HD is great, but did you have problems uploading? Took me 2 or 3 goes to upload one and it took hours to upload. Also takes a lot longer to edit. But it's worth it in the end. Country looks good over there BTW.

  • No I never had problems uploading it to HD. It does take a little longer for YouTube to process them. I never found it any longer to edit them and yes I agree that in the end it is all worth it!! Thanks for the comment. Have a good one!

  • Great video..much enjoyed...

What make of cam is that?

I used to live in Sarnia..now in Windsor.

    Beautiful weather right now eh?

Had to stop in and say howdy to a fellow Canuck.

    Hugs~Nancy

  • great picture! i'm jealous!

  • Can you watch in HD now Gary? If so, you'll have to get crack'n on getting upgraded to HD yourself!!

  • well, it's painful to watch in hd. i have to turn down the sound, hide the window and come back in about a half hour to watch it and it still skips here and there...

  • Nice video Todd, that little camera has a decent picture in HD, the sound is impressive too. I wouldn't worry about the shakiness while walking, all camera's do that. 5*'s!

  • Thanks Dave. I just find it to be REALLY sensitive while walking. About all I can afford on my budget right about now. Works for me!!

  • Great video, makes a hell of a difference to what you are watching, can't wait to see more...

  • The water has an amazing color.

     Are those salmon??

I'm going to switch to all HD recording. THAT is a great picture!

  • Thanks Stef...yes they are salmon. We have a hatchery here. That is not even close to how many is normally in there.

  • damn.. missed the jamb.

  • Todd, 5* on the new HD cam. Couldnt have picked a better day to be along the river, and the salmon hatchery just made my fishin itch 10 times worse

  • Ya it was a AWSOME day here today....+14C today...suposed to be like +16C tomorrow!!

Ya the hatchery normally has more fish than that. Most times the fish can hardly move in there.

  • Camera shoots very nice!

    John

Tony Stewart...OMG!!! I guess nobody is perfect!! hahaha

  • Great video! I love the view from the top of the Blue Water. What kind of fish were those?

  • Salmon....ya I loved the view from up there. I can still remember when we used to be aloud to walk across that bridge...could feel is sway back and forth.

  • I thought so.

  • ya it is a fish hatchery, they grow them and release them in the St. Clair river

  • I have to agree w/ ZoeToots! The music was scored perfectly! I never understood what the hub-bub about HD was, but I admit, that I do see an appreciable increase in color and quality of the video.

Loved the 1:21....I couldn't believe how good the water quality was there....I could reach down and pick up dinner! lol! And the light reflections off of the water were mesmerizing....This vdeo makes me want to move to Newfoundland.....it is SO beautiful there! Thank you for sharing your world!

  • Christy ....did you not know I dont live in Newfoundland...I am from there but I live in Ontario Canada. About an hour north of Detroit Michigan. Across from Port Huron ....the city I live in is called Sarnia.
