  • bitch had it coming.

  • Thank you jerry springer.

  • lmao

  • WOW..... I think that she was wrong in how she was acting but also it seems a little extreme to taser her, he could've restrained her VERY easily and he screamed at her like right off the bat. He was double her size, he could've restrained her.

  • she was a bitch yeah, but I don't think he should have tased her..XD

  • I don't feel sorry for the grandma at all. she was not cooperating with the police and she got what she deserved. he warned her about being tased multiple times and she said "I dare you!" uh, when your face-to-face with a cop and say something like that to him, you better look out

  • @ryanmacdaddy1000 The tazer was never intended for this purpose. It was intended as an alternative to deadly force, meaning their fire arm. Over the last ten years you have seen an acceptance from the public and policing services for tazers used this way. We now how triple digit numbers of deaths on the books in North America for minor traffic offences. People not committing crimes heading to work or whatever, and killed by police. This guy could have just cuffed her and it would have been done.

  • i thought the police where put in place to protect people this is really scary

  • Hmmm... Considering his size, he could have use compliance holds on her, but given that she's 72 years old, he could break a bone, but her dropping from the taser could do the same thing. The officer really didn't seem like he wanted to taser her. He put it away after he pulled it out the first time. Tough choice. Not sure what I would have done.

  • That is total BS. She should not be required to sign, nor should it to be ok to use tazing on someone of that age. Use good sense you jurk.

  • @patterwigagain jerk not jurk, idiot..

  • He was justified. I hear that to much. Right up to the time it gets close to a jury trial. Then it cost them $40k to settle out of court.

Once he shoved her it was all over. He had no defense in court for that action and they knew it. He simply could have kept his cool and asked her to move to the side of the road. As Doctor Phil would say what was you thinking! He would know too. He made his living hearing pretrial cases before they went to court.

  • I agree with the police, she was a total bitch and the deputy did the right thing and warned her a million times

  • She's an idiot. I mean really, what did she think. She's 72, so she's above the law? You could tell the officer did NOT want to tase her. it was hilarious that she totally denided any mouthing or arguing, and then didn't open the door after the video came out. She deserved what she go. Period. And as far as the officer goes, I feel bad for HIM. He warned her a lot more times than he should have had too. I am sure he felt torn. I am also sure he feels horrible that it came to that ending.

  • @GirlDotson what, do u wanna be a pig?...maybe she was hard of hearing.

  • ACAB

and fucking american democracy at work

  • he was justified. she brought it on herself.

  • She's a great grandmother at only 72? What a trashy, inbreeding, lawless family! All defiant citizens shoud be tasered until they scream and howl like this old bag did.

  • Cambodian your stupid piece of shit officer was a big p---y can't handle a lil old lady officer is a punk and so are you combodian shit face!

  • i dont care how old you are!! the law is the law and it goes for "everybody"!!!! you dont get special treatment becuz of age!!! Taze that bitch!!!! the officer was right!!!!!!!!! fuck that, i would of shot her!!!!!!

  • WTH? Who arrests a little old lady? Did you see how he yelled at her. Are you serious man? YOU TASERED A POOR OLD WOMAN! Ridiculous. That's horrible no matter how annoying she was being!

  • @TheFoliageCradle i dont think anyone can argue with that

  • It's an old lady for Christ sake! Fat pussy pig.

  • Only a cop will justify a cop. Remember that when you all read peoples' comments.

  • Just saying but the Smokin hot anchorwoman's last name means "Beautiful Object" In Spanish lol, it fits her well because she is Hot!

  • "POLICY" ONLY applies to 'alleged' officials... NO ONE ELSE! Private people are not 'subject' to TRAFFIC enforcement.. ONLY those operating in commerce and conducting business upon the roads... FOR PROFIT. I DOUBT this grama had ANY obligation to OBEY this control freaks executive military orders.. I doubt she is in the military or conducting business on the road.KEEP doors locked, Carry Notice Warning police you are Not SUBJECT to their POLICIES, slip it through crack in window, remain silent.

  • fucking hill billy policeman tasering a 72 year old women should be fucking shot he was in no danger what so ever he just wanted to look good

  • one she is not required to sign the ticket. this officer was a complete bully. Also she then agreed to sign the ticket but oh no the faggot wanted to do this. What a Faggot. Citizens you are not required to sign traffic tickets. Officers go after real criminals and stop cowarding on highways looking for old woman to abuse.

  • If tasering 72 year old women is your policy, change your fucking policy.

  • I think I see what he meant at 3:08 : if you make anything difficult for the police, you will be tortured with a tazer, even if you are an old lady.

  • The officer was obviously in no danger in any way, shape or form. He didn't HAVE to taser grandma, he just WANTED to. End of story.

  • Also, I stand by my comment in that there IS an actual way to arrest people [esp an old woman] WITHOUT *actually TASING them. Incredible, isn't it???

  • I think it's fking hilarious that someone can blatantly break the law then be suprised they got punished for it. XD

  • @briank383 I never said she or anyone else should not cooperate. Obviously, you're not reading my posts~

  • Comment removed

  • YOU MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!!ASSHOLES!!!!! I'LL SEE YOU IN HELL!!!!! >:O

  • She was under no obligation to sign the ticket in any way, shape or form. You're actually ALLOWED to take it to court. Grandma didn't HAVE to be tased, NO WAY!

  • Comment removed

  • @briank383 LOL!!! I'd like to respond to you comment buy oh by the way, it's been REMOVED! ;) Even if one is obligated to pay said ticket, that does NOT GIVE THE COP THE RIGHT TO TASE HER. I know you're young but there was a way to actually arrest people WITHOUT tasing them. Amazing, isn't it??

  • @promiseIsaih60 No shit, I removed it myself because it wasn't worth it.....

  • @briank383 Y e a h, sure you did ;)

  • @promiseIsaih60 wtf would I want to banter back and forth with someone who doesn't understand the laws? The fact that you think she didn't have to sign the ticket tips me off that you have absolutely no idea how this shit works or what you are talking about. All of these people with their anti-cop rantings can kiss my ass, wtf was the cop supposed to do? beat the shit out of her, now how would that look? no win situation IMO and this granny is a lying POS no matter what side you are on......

  • Sadism. Period.

  • Some people just make you want to facepalm, and again, ad infitium. I mean, seriously? It's a 72 year old grandmother yelling at a police officer, so the only response a TRAINED police officer can come up with is "tase?" God damn, I'm suspecting more and more that the human race will be wiped out by natural selection at one point.

  • how long are people going to tolerate this police state BS?

  • I bet his mother is soooooo proud of her baby boy in his little policemans uniform!

  • @dennisdale57 I know, right? He must of really gotten off listening to her scream.

  • @dennisdale57 He was a little rough, but if she says shes getting in the car, he has the right to taser her. I bet ur mom is so proud of u when u believe every cop abuses.

  • This is what happens when you have COPS with an IQ of around 70. Oh yeah I'm sure that cop was really afraid of her..... (sarcasm off) That guy is twice her size and she was no threat.

The ONLY time a taser should be use is if a COP feels threatened. The fact that this idiot cop tasered a Grandma validates that power hungry people have no business with a badge.

  • @Sprite518 You have failed greatly. The taser is used when suspects are non-compliant and non-leathal force. You and people like you are retarded. If he physically grabbed her, then you'd be bitching because she resisted and it resulted in her broken legs and arms. SWAT uses tasers in hostage situations on hostages because some do not listen to SWAT and want to try leave. She is a threat, what if she had a gun in the car? She's walking back to her car. You Liberals make me fucking sick.

  • @ShadowoOfBlood First of all Genius this is not a "hostage" situation with a SWAT team involved. It has NOTHING to to with this. This is a little old grandma got shoved by a fat (which shows lack of self discipline) COP. The COP did not warn tell her WHY he pushed in the tape. It was not until his department tried to say it was "for her safety" B.S. Why did the police officer say "Mama can you please get off the side of the road so you do not get hit?"

  • @ShadowoOfBlood This COP instead yelled at her, shoved her and then maced a woman that could not harm a Fly. REAL PROFESIONAL! This COP is at least twice her size and half her age! There was no threat and this COP was out of control. He lost his Cool. What really happened is that the COP used to get beat up in high school. Thus, now here is a chance to live his fantasy of getting back at those people that beat him up in high school. So he takes it out on Grandma. That is what happened

  • @Sprite518 Your reply speaks for itself. You have not one clue about anything.

If reality were grass, you are on seventh level granite rock.

  • I'm sorry, but this instance was not brutality. he repeatedly warned her of the consequence of resisting arrest, and she even baited the officer. Yes, he could have forcibly handcuffed her, but that woulda been more likely to cause her injury than deploying the taser. it seems bad, but I think the taser was a safer option than forcing her bodily to the ground.

  • @Aresolar690 He shouldn't have even tried to arrest her, so what if she didn't sign her damn ticket? Give it to her than. Follow up at a later time. That simple

  • The pig dept condones bullying an old woman? The police state is enabled by apathy.

  • Being old doesn't mean you can resist arrest and get away with it. I would I handcuffed her, beat the shit out of her, call backup, beat the shit out of her more with my cop pals, tea bagged her, and thrown her into oncoming traffic -:]

  • Comment removed

  • FOX is a bunch of douchebags for showing an edited version of this video tape.

  • if i were the cop i would of shot her

  • Comment removed

  • As much as I dislike cops this lady deserved to be tased and put on a choke hold for being a stubborn lying old lady. Old people are the cause of many accidents. I would have tased her over and over.

  • Comment removed

  • he threw his handcuffs to the ground and pulled his taser out? wtf

  • the old bitch was resisting and no-compliant. she got enough warnings and continued to resist. age and stupidity don't make you immune to the law.

  • @gladiatorsx2 ...and tasers are not a compliance tool. They are a weapon to be used as a step down from a firearm.

They are a "less lethal weapon" - which says it all... LESS lethal, not NON lethal.

Tasers kill and everyone issued with one knows that.

To use them against someone merely non-compliant (as opposed to an outright threat), especially against an elderly person (who should be assumed to have health problems which could make a tasing potentially lethal) is outright assault.

  • ITS BULLSHIT That people have to listen to the cops even when the cops are giving orders thats not their right to give... THE COP DIDNT HAVE THE RIGHT TO OPEN THE LADYS DOOR WITHOUT PERMISSION... HE DIDNT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PULL HER OUT OF THE CAR FOR NOT SIGNING THE PAPER!!!!!!!!!

  • Tase that old hag. Stupid old people think they are so high and mighty. ROLF! WRONG!!!! FUNNY AS HELL! 2 THUMBS UP.

  • That lady thinks she can get away with anything cause shes old..dumb bitch

  • she deserved more than a tasering. i would have just strangled her to death in the middle of the street. she doesn't deserve to live.

  • This is bull. That cop was way stronger then that old lady. He could have just turned her around and cuffed her. But no the guy had to be a douche and tazer a old lady. That "cop" needs to be arrested for unnecessary assault on a citizen.

  • Cop was for the most part in the right, she wasnt listening to the officer and she tryed using her age as a excuse to get out of the ticket, she could have made a simple issue simple but got cocky and got what she deserved point blank.. sorry granny.. Just listen to the man and if u have a problem with the ticket he gives u, u have the opption to take it to court..

  • the problem here is that a taser should only be used in a situation where a gun used to be needed or to protect the safety of an officer while attempting to subdue a combative subject. A miserable old cunt fits none of those criteria. What he should have done after she refused to sign the ticket is hand it over anyway - the ticket is still valid regardless. He got her out of the car. He shoved her. He was trying to arrest her. Being an asshole is not illegal - yet. Fuck this cop. I hope he dies.

  • yeah... ive heard these Olds are a very dangerous porous species, absolutely a need to tase

  • OLD DISRESPECTFUL BITCH

  • Fucking idiots, what if that women died? they could of atleast restrained her in a way that she could of not get hurt, but at the same time I understand the the cop's point, she commited a crime, and she pays some sort of penalty, fair enough. But seriously, US police really are a organization of compleate pussys using their tasers and threating with their fancy shotguns etc.. should do how we do it in UK and tak 'em down, no warning ;]

  • I'd have to agree with the cops on this case. They are on a busy highway and she told him to take her to jail. And changed her mind, then resisted arrest, then got tazed. Pretty simple

  • deardog5 break the law? how about respect? she should show the nazis her

"PAPERS"? WHAT WAS SHE DOING WRONG? standing up for her rights in the CONSTITUTION

  • it's her fkn trk and she ought to be loved and not TAZE|D I donot hat e cops but I seem to feel better when they're not around

  • wow. 72 and still acts like a spoiled little girl. betcha that was the first time she ran into someone who wouldnt put up with her shit.

  • @MrAudacia...well, you're right and it probably won't be the last time she gets her ass handed to her!!! lol!!!

  • she had it coming, he was just doing his job.

  • @Trainmasterryan...exactly!!!

  • @robinhoodtn1...How long did it take you to make sure everything was spelled correctly?(YOU FUCKING DUMB CUNT) Now all you have to do is learn how to use periods and commas properly.

  • Wow that's unreal these are the kinds of pussys that protect us! I hope he gets sued and loses his job! What a fag..

  • The old lady stepped up and she was warned. She got what she deserved. Unfortunately, procedures vary in different states. In my state its verbal, then chemical (pepper spray) then mechanical (physical force). The cop can't grab her because she can sue him and lose. It looks like they have to taze first. She should know better at her age. Old folks shouldn't drive anyway. Stay home!

  • people resist and then wonder why they get tased

  • Refusing to give one's signature is not a crime. "Disrespecting" a police officer is not a crime.

  • @Addendum69...tasing an old lady is not a crime either. :)

  • if a police officer cant arrest a 72 0r 73 yr old woman without tazering her he needs to be fired!!!!!!! he could seriously had made her have a heart attack or something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I am glad that I am not a policeman or ever had been one becase of all the innocent people put in jail that is now out and all the drug arrests that are out and all the brutality that the police have committed & hurt many other people by lying and putting them in jail there must be millions of very angry people when shit hits the fan they will hunt police down like a dog with rabies and cut his head off and put it a pole police and armed and retarded they R cowards

  • what a brave and valiant officer. this bad ass OLD woman standing 5ft 2 inches posed a REAL threat to brave cop. there is no way in hell he could have cuffed her and arrested her. thats not as much fun as tasing first. i am sooo sure he is truly regretful,,,,only because it was on tape. had this been a good sized male adult i suppose he would have just shot him. BRAVE GUY...

  • fuck the damn police

  • her age shouldnt be used to get her sympathy but i dont think she deserved to be tasered but then again she was resisting AND if this was a black male i dont think anyone would give !

  • Not giving your signature is a crime?

  • This is FOX news guys, they don't even GLANCE at the officer's side of the story

  • That lady got what she deserved. She was warned repeatedly and she refused. Thank God for dash cams.

  • bitch won't move

  • Are the officers retarded? SHE WAS UNARMED AND NOT A FUCKING THREAT!?!??!

  • that old women deserved it because of her mouth.

  • The woman deserved what she got! Advanced age does not entitle you to behave this way, then to lie about it - she should be ashamed of herself.

  • @kris13119 A badge does not entitle you to mistreat others in such a way. The officer should be ashamed of himself for abusing another human being.

  • @deardog5 Age does not entitle anyone to break the law! What's her defence, "I'm 72 therefore I am above the law and can do whatever I want"?? She refuses to sign the ticket. She then goes on to curse at the officer and tell him she's getting back in her truck. Apparently 5 warnings was not enough for this bonehead! Of course, the icing on the cake is when she flat out lies in a report not realizing it was all recorded, another crime and has the nerve to play the victim-give me a break!

  • @kris13119 I agree, just because your are old does not mean you can act crazy and not listen to cops

  • @MrNuclearRadiation You're right! Can you imagine what would have happened to us if we behaved like this?? I think she got off light!!

  • @kris13119 no you are right. That woman might have thrown hare fake teeth at him and caused serious harm to his face. You sir are a fucking idiot.

  • @philateliceun The woman got what she deserved and asked for, and childish name calling won't change a thing! Grow up and try to use your big boy words, kid!

  • @kris13119 Fuck you

  • @philateliceun No thanks!

  • 5 warnings about being tasered and her response is "I dare you."

Then add her lying about it to everyone until the dash cam was there to tell the truth.

  • Wow. The officer was way bigger than her. He's a grown man. He could have turned her around and handcuffed her. No need to tase a granny. That's like tasing a toddler.

  • @MimzAngie She was warned way to many times, and it was nothing like tasing a toddler. She knew what she was doing.... and yes it's sad she got tasered, but it goes to show that you can't just disrespect a cop trying to do his job because you're an "old woman".

  • @58170128 I'm aware that she was warned alot. But, as I said, he's a grown man. He could have easily turned her around and handcuffed her. So, I believe it was wrong. Again, whenever a toddler is warned multiple times, even though they know right from wrong, you don't see their parents tasing them.

  • OH SHUT UP MIMZ........IF THIS WOMAN HAD JUST SIGNED THE DAMN TICKET THIS WOULDNT OF HAPPEND....so plz stfu

  • @jumpyjedi Sweetheart, I have freedom of speech. So, why don't you keep your negative comments to yourself. (: I just stated my opinion. Don't get so deffensive. Was that your granny? Okay, no. Thanks.

    -Angela.

  • @robinhoodtn1 EXCUSE ME! DO YOU MEAN POLICE BRUTALITY? LEARN CORRECT GRAMMAR AND PICK UP A DICTIONARY!!

  • @ALEJANDROCALVO1 HAHAHAHA You are 100% RIGHT ON.

Funny how people think age is somehow a defense. I have seen videos of ELDERLY PEOPLE MURDERING police officers

  • that was a great reality check for her!! shit cant go her way!!

  • She deserved everything that happened to her. If she would have complied, then the situation would not have escalated as it did. Good job cop for being respectful and giving more than enough warning for what you did. :-)

  • @leifo5343 I agree. and if he would have tried to physically restrain her....he would have been accused of beating her up...hey people (cuervoblack06) if you don't respond to english...then other mesures must be employed!!

  • @leifo5343 I agree. and if he would have tried to physically restrain her....he would have been accused of beating her up...hey people (cuervoblack06) if you don't respond to english...then other mesures must be employed!!.

  • She seemed to be in shape enough to yell, walk fast, etc. I guess he still could have handcuffed her, but if she was on drugs that wouldn't have probably worked.

  • Griffin, there's a Welsh name if ever there was one!

I dont knw.. ye @Nicklooy your right, figger maybe he could of cuffed her instead.

The thing is though she was acting lyk she had the right to comand more leeway because of her''age'' and the law just dont work lyk that.

    Tuff call!

  • he could have handcuffed her in stead! The bastard//

  • He use forced that wasnt needed. They want to take up for him he was wrong. No respect for the elderly yeah she was lippie but there was no reason to taze he and scream in her face

  • Women want equal rights but then say use thier "Im a woman" excuse when it suits them.

    LIES ABOUT NOT BEING ARGUMENTATIVE

    ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhHAHAHAHAHAH SHE DESERVED IT

  • @AmericanKnowItAll3 you are an idiot that had nothing to do with it . And no she did not.Men like you are why women want their rights.See fellow God seen he made a mistake and made us to keep jerks like you in line...ah ah ah ah dumbass

  • @TheSdraw You are the idiot! Bitch you cant even put together a sentence. You have the right to read a book and learn proper grammar!!! Take care of your education before you start worrying about what else you think you can take care of. DUMBASS!!!!

  • @AmericanKnowItAll3 i totally agree with how they want to be treated equally but then they pull that "im juat a woman" when it suits them...if they are "just a woman" then they need to act like "a lady", not some "old nasty bitch" man she didnt act like "a woman" when she got into a fighting stance! right???

  • lol!

  • It was the old ladies fault. Crazy old bat.

  • @Whiting1289 Wait till you are her age. Put up with this worlds crap and see how you feel then. She didnt deserve it. Your a narrow mind dumbass. What id that was your mother or grand mother how would you feel then...

  • @TheSdraw MY GRANDMOTHER IS 88 AND STILL HAS ENOUGH SENSE TO NOT DRIVE 60 MILES PER HOUR IN A 45 MILE PER HOUR ROAD. SHE WOULDN'T PUT HERSELF IN A SITUATION LIKE THAT TO BEGIN WITH!!! BY THE WAY, THE PHRASE IS "NARROW-MINDED" YOU RAMBLING BUFOON!!! GO READ A BOOK!!! WAIT!?!? YOU WOULDN'T LIKE THAT, BECAUSE BOOKS DON'T CONTAIN VIDEOS

  • That's what the wrinkled old bitch gets

  • @Zdk15 Wow ...Do you think your ass wont be that way someday.

  • She got what she desevred. Bitch doesn't have the right to act an ass and attack an officer just because your old. That old dusty bitch should have gotten it twice.

  • @Nickolaslich old dusty bitch, lol, I agree

  • I think both parties are at fault here, no matter what police policy may be. Old lady should've just signed her ticket from the getgo and dealt with it in court rather than making a scene.Cop definitely could have handled an old lady without tasing her - what if she had heart problems and died? She wasn't a physical threat.

  • Hey Cant Listen Tase Them!! Don't matter who OR how old you are!! She deserved it and hopefully she will learn to listen to the cops again!!

  • eventho grandma was being a stupid bitch he shud have not tased her

  • lol Clint responding to all these replys. You sir have collected the troll of the year award. ALL HAIL CLINT AS KING OF THE TROLLS lol

  • @AirVengeance318 Thank you :) I'm honored.

  • I still think that the old bag should have done some jail time. And the language she used was horrid. Instead of a settlement from the county... she should have done a week in jail... And to think that she was a teacher.. scary

  • some of you people are stupid..once he stops her she is under arrest..the ticket is just a promise to appear in court and waiving the arrest..she got what she deserves

  • @maldoman23 Completely wrong. You are not under arrest just because you are stopped. You obviously are poor in the area of understanding law. In fact, not signing a ticket in Texas SPECIFICALLY IS NOT AN ARRESTABLE OFFENSE. Check your facts before making false claims.

  • @ClintJCL no your stupid...once an officer pulls you over you are in his custody..the ticket is a promise to appear in court and then he releases you..next time you get a ticket read it moron

  • @maldoman23 Custody IS NOT THE SAME AS ARREST. That's what I'm trying to get through your thick skull. There are different levels to detainment. When you get a ticket, you are not arrested. There is no arrest report. It is not listed in police reports as an arrest. It is not legally an arrest. You are not read your Miranda rights because you don't have them because you aren't arrested. You are not "either under arrest or not". The law is more complicated than your simplistic explanation.

  • @maldoman23 No, being stopped is not arrest. Again: You don't even know what a terry stop or detainment is. You fail at basic law and civil rights. Bootlickers love the taste of leather.

  • Sooo? In Texas if you do not sign a traffic ticket you will be arrested? Really?! Man I am glad I live in a free state like Massachusetts.

  • @flippysnotze It's actually NOT an arrestable offense in Texas to not sign a ticket. That's what's so f'ed up about the situation here.

  • @ClintJCL Glad to have my faith in Texas restored thanks ClintJCL.

  • Bitch deserved it. You do what the officer tells you to do....

  • @skeezysquirrel In that case, if an officer tells you to blow him, you better do so.

  • @ClintJCL Only a flaming gay homo would think up something like that. Enough about your fantacies, the video is about not signing a traffic ticket. Fag!
