Dear Jim, We get that mishap quite often. If your wife is not pressure treated be sure to put a tarp over her when it rains until you are able to buy some appropriate paint. Furthermore, make sure the water will not run TOWARDS the house; try a quarter-turn if possible to reduce moisture issues.
